Hey everyone.
I hope you are all getting ready to have an awesome long weekend. Please stay safe on the roads.
Justin, myself and our Team here at JTM Plumbing work really hard together and individually to meet all our Customers needs efficiently.
But sometimes things can happen that can slow the process up that can be out of our control.
We appreciate everyone's support and understanding when things don't always go to plan straight away.
Justin especially works really hard (as I can't do any of the manual labour) to get all jobs done working late nearly everyday, working weekends and working away for a week at a time.
Please remember we do have a young family, and I also have a full time job outside of the business work.
We sacrifice a lot of our time together as a couple and as a family because we pride ourselves on Customer Service and Customer comes first.
We just ask you to be mindful before you jump down our throats for being an hour late or not getting back to you that second you text or call us.
We love you and all your support.
