What a journey it has been so far on our St Paul & the Early Church Pilgrimage!

Together with Bishop Mark Edwards, we’ve been following in the footsteps of St Paul through the sacred landscapes of Greece and Turkey, visiting the places where the Gospel was first proclaimed and the early Christian communities took root.

From the Acropolis and Ancient Corinth to Patmos, Samos and the remarkable ruins of Ephesus, our days have been filled with prayer, Daily Mass, friendship, laughter and plenty of memorable moments along the way.

We’re grateful to be sharing this pilgrimage together, walking through the pages of Scripture and deepening our understanding of the faith that has been handed down to us.

The Graces of Japan pilgrims are in Nagasaki, the first and most Catholic city in Japan. We visited Kofukuji Temple where the hidden Christians worshiped, the home of Dr. Takashi Nagai and Hongochi, St. Maximilian Kolbe's monastery, where we venerated one of his only existing relics. Celebrating mass at the site of The Twenty-Six Japanese Martyrs Monument was extremely powerful. We ended the day with prayer at Oura, Japan's first Catholic Church built in 1853 and a wonderful sushi dinner on the bay.
Nagasaki is a beautiful city with many lessons on suffering and resilience. We are so blessed to have spiritual guidance from Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers and Fr. Leonard Mary, MFVA on this incredible journey.

We are journeying deep into the heart of Australia, where faith, ancient culture and the beauty of creation come together in a truly unique way. 🇦🇺🙏

A special highlight has been our time at Haasts Bluff and the Forgiveness Cross at Memory Mountain, a remarkable 20-metre Cross rising above the landscape as a powerful symbol of unity and hope. Here, our pilgrims have shared prayer, song and fellowship, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Red Centre.

And a very special happy 52nd anniversary of priestly ordination to Fr Ken! We give thanks for his many years of faithful service and for his spiritual guidance on this pilgrimage. 🙏

Medjugorje Responds with Peace 🕊️ This week, Medjugorje was wounded by an act of vandalism, with a statue of Our Lady defaced and the outdoor altar set on fire.

But darkness did not have the final word! The people of Medjugorje responded with prayer, forgiveness and peace. Within hours, members of the Cenacolo Community, parish workers and volunteers came together to clean and restore the sacred space.

As the Youth Festival begins, Medjugorje offers a powerful reminder that peace is more than a message. It is a choice we are called to live.

Our Lion Pilgrimage, a formation journey for young and emerging leaders, has come to an end after a beautiful final five days in Rome. 🇮🇹🦁 We are so grateful for all we shared throughout this journey, from prayer and formation to friendship and unforgettable moments across Italy. Rome was a fitting finale, filled with sacred sites, deep reflection and great joy.

Thank you to Bishop Anthony Percy and every pilgrim who made this such a special and profound experience.

Our Soul of Ireland pilgrims are journeying through Ireland’s sacred landscapes, walking in the footsteps of St Patrick, St Kevin, St Brendan and the faithful pilgrims who came before them.

From ancient monastic sites and Celtic crosses to beautiful moments of prayer, friendship and discovery, it has already been an incredible journey.

We are so happy to be working with The Mission of the Immaculate Mediatrix Franciscans of the Immaculate- Our Lady of Guadalupe Friary on this special pilgrimage.
