Light the fire, pour a glass of selected Tasmanian wine and watch the moon rise over the Freycinet Peninsula or gaze at the stars. You can watch a DVD from Avalon’s library or just snuggle up on her lichen inspired orange couch. Sleep in the Stuart Houghton made Tasmanian oak beds, dream the evening away and awaken to the glorious pre-dawn light. Surrendering yourself to the Avalon rhythm is a unique experience.
