Balancing study, work, and fun can be exhausting for international students, but here's a solution you can try - The Pomodoro Technique!

This is a time management method that uses frequent short breaks to promote sustained concentration and helps prevent mental fatigue.

Created by a student just like you, here's how you can start using this technique:

1. List down your tasks and choose one you want to work on
2. Set your timer to 25 minutes (this is one Pomodoro session).
3. During your 25-minute Pomodoro session, focus only on your chosen task and start working.
4. Once your timer is up, take a 5-minute break.
5. Repeat the process and after four Pomodoro sessions, take a longer 15-minute break.

Here’s a fun tip! Did you know that 'Pomodoro' is the Italian word for tomato? At the end of each Pomodoro session, try drawing a small tomato on a notepad and jot down what you’ve accomplished.

Stay on top of your tasks and have time for fun!
