I have been booking travel since I was born..... jokes.... it's actually 8 years so I'd like to think I know what I'm doing, fortunately my customers agree.

Here's a little about my life in the travel industry:
Starting in 2008 I was a Consultant at STA Travel, kicking off my career in travel. From there, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager, building up my experience in

Australia. In 2014, I was offered the opportunity to develop and train my own team in Bangkok, Thailand. For 14 months I reported directly to the MD, hired a team of 10+ travel consultants, acquired two Corporate Accounts (British Council & TTI Global) and learned the difference between Thai & Australian business cultures. Fun fact: after working my way up, I demoted myself because I'd rather help clients than manage staff. Discovered my true calling early!

Why am I working for myself now? Through the experience, I realised what I love and quite simply - I love helping people organise their travel. Whether it's a holiday, a business trip, conferences, events or group bookings.

I think that when you are helping someone organising their holiday, it should be done with love and care. Sounds corny but treat people like how you want to be treated and everything will fall into place.

I have helped all types of clients with their travel from students to couples to groups of besties, through to luxe, business travel and corporate trips so I understand everyone has different needs. Travel industry is all about knowledge, fast & reliable customer services and honesty which is how I operate my business. My turnaround time is normally within 2 hours and I'm available most time if I'm not sleeping.

Being a Personal Travel Manager gives me the time to spend with each client to make sure I explore the best solution to your holiday including flights, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, tours, shop, food, drinks and much more. I have been to Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Fiji, USA, Canada, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Italy, Munich,Valencia and my hometown Thailand. I just came back from LA, New York, Helsinki, Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. To book or just want to have a chat?

My 3rd cruise was with Silversea and we were lucky enough to experience the "Owner Suite" 😍

This was our breakky and our butler set up everything for us just the way we like it.

Cruising with Silversea was another level of luxury and I'm glad we did it, especially with our good friends Christine and Nick.

At 4pm you can also request for your butler to arrange caviar in your room as well!!!

Looking to do cruises and need help? We can help 🙋

Happy Friday everyone. Back in November 2022 I was lucky enough to experience my very first cruise 🚢

Before this cruise, I just didn't understand why would people go on any cruises at all but then this trip totally changed my perception.

I had a bloody awesome time, especially getting to celebrate my birthday with my long time friend Nick of 15 years.

It was a 7 days cruise on the Carnival Luminosa:
Brisbane > Airlie Beach > Cairns > Port Douglas > Willis Island > Brisbane

Accommodation, food, drinks (no alcohol), shows and some activities. For 7 days it can cost from $700/person so value for money it's totally worth it.

Nick also bought us the spa passes for my bday and this give us access to the sauna, thermal pool and more which we used it everyday after breakfast and it was such a great experience as they limit how many passes for people to buy and most of the time it wasn't crowded at all

The ship itself is a little bit outdated for my liking but when I thought about the price and inclusion, I understood why people like to cruise, especially for families or if you don't want to spend too much on a holiday and that everyone can have a good time 😎

My 2nd cruise was a 3 days 2 nights cruise on Princess from Brisbane to Sydney and 3rd cruise was with Silversea which was super lux $7500!!! So yeah, I went from 0 to 100 super quickly haha 😆

There are so many cruise lines out there for everyone, big ship, small ship, mid range, luxurious etc so if you are not sure how to choose them then we are here to help you 🤩

For just $150 per person or $300 per family, we’ll handle everything - flights, cruises, hotels, insurance, transfers, tours, you name it.

If anything goes sideways (hello, flight delays 👋), we’ll jump in and sort it for you - no hold music, no stress, no “please press 3 for frustration.”

We have been getting a lot of enquiries to Europe in premium economy and some clients are still nervous about going via the Middle East which is totally understandable as you'd need to organise all the accommodations, transfers, cruise etc in advance so you'd want to feel at ease.

Most of the Middle Eastern airlines like Emirates, Qatar and Etihad are operating nearly full capacity but I guess it's up to the individual of how comfortable they are as well.

We have our repeat clients that wish to fly to London to visit their grand kid who just popped out and wanted us to explore both premium economy and FANCY aka business class.

After playing around with the dates, I found them a premium economy fare for $5850 that goes via Asia + they will get to experience a new aircraft on board + lounge access 🤩 I told them that for this price, you will have to leave London 2 days after or if you want your exact date then it'd be $700 more which I told them it's not worth it. They agreed and confirmed the flight straight away.

This fare is also amazing as for an extra of $100 ish, I can add another flight within Europe e.g. London to Madrid and and and a domestic flight within Australia like Sydney to Perth where normally it's around $500 with Qantas.

The team and I check so many airfares on a daily basis and we look at different airlines, routes, dates, aircrafts and so on so we are obsessed with what we do and we love our airfares.

When you book your trips with us, we will explore everything to make sure you get the best of the best and we know that when you are happy with our services then you will keep coming back and tell all your friends and family about us ☺️

Our 2nd stop in Japan was Kyoto and here are the reasons why we booked a private transfer VS public transportations 🤔

Where we were staying in Osaka, if we went with public transport like train and bus, we'd have to

🚶Walk to the station for 15 minutes with 4 luggage 💼💼💼💼
🚂Catch the train to Osaka Namba station and navigate🧭🗺️
🚂Change platforms and there might not be an elevator and having to carry 4 big bag up the stairs.
🚶Walk from Kyoto station to the property for another 30 minutes with our 4 luggage as the public buses don't allow you to bring any big suitcase on board 🚌 I actually didn't know about this until we went to have our fav Kyoto fried rice ( This will be in my next post 😋)

The cost would be around $10/person and 3 hours journey. If we used the luggage transfer service, it'd cost us $40/luggage so the extra cost will be $160 so with the train is $190.

For 3 of us, it costed $280, 50 minutes journey and door to door service in a really nice 7 seaters FANCY van 🚐 Totally hassle and stress free 😎

This private transfer experience really taught me that sometimes, don't try to save the money but think about the benefits. Honestly if you are travelling with young kids, elderly or even a big group, this would be WORTH it.

So when you book your holiday with us, we recommend little things like this cus you may not have thought about it cus we want all of our clients to have the best time when you are away ☺️

When we were in Osaka, we visited Kuromon market as it's one of the top things to do.

The main thing to do there is EAT EAT EAT and EAT. There are pretty much everything from fresh sashimi, onigiri aka rice ball, bbq wagyu, desert and so much more. You can even get a sake popper for literally $2!

There lots of little restaurants and if you are going to try something, it's frown upon to eat and walk so make sure to buy and eat it there straight away. I was walking and this tourist was walking and eating his grilled eel then drop the eel which brushed my leg and got on the floor. No apology or anything and picked up his eel and continue to eat it 🤮

My tip is just to walk around first then there will be a few large shops with seating inside where you can buy your sashimi, yakitori or whatever you want and they have seatings for you + the toilet. There is only 1 public toilet at the information centre and I remembered that when Scott had to go, we had to wait 20 minutes for him cus there was a line and mix gender.

From our accommodation, cus there was 3 of us we took the cab which was $15 where the bus and train would have been like $8 but would have taken longer. If you have 3-4 people, trust me take a taxi cus it's much more convenient and less stress to navigate or if you have a larger group and wanting to go to a few places, for around $400 - $500 you can have a private van for 8 hours that accommodate 7 people so that's $50-$70/person for a full day. Public transportation for a full day is probably $20-$30 but when you travel in a big group, comfort and convenient can play a big part of your holiday 😇

Remember that holidays are meant for you to have fun and also rejuvenate you so don't burn yourself out ☺️

Happy Friday and look what I have found 🤩

We have been getting a lot of Vietnam holiday enquiries and what we do daily is to research for places for our clients so they have options.

When I saw on tik tok about this place I was curious and had to check the place out. Amazing beaches, crystal clear ocean and less crowded.

You can get a really FANCY private pool villa from $250 a night for 2 people with breakfast. What a bargain right?

I'd love to just stay in the cabana, chilling, have my long island ice tea and in room massage for a week here ‼️

Have a good weekend everyone.
