I have been booking travel since I was born..... jokes.... it's actually 8 years so I'd like to think I know what I'm doing, fortunately my customers agree.

Here's a little about my life in the travel industry:
Starting in 2008 I was a Consultant at STA Travel, kicking off my career in travel. From there, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager, building up my experience in

Australia. In 2014, I was offered the opportunity to develop and train my own team in Bangkok, Thailand. For 14 months I reported directly to the MD, hired a team of 10+ travel consultants, acquired two Corporate Accounts (British Council & TTI Global) and learned the difference between Thai & Australian business cultures. Fun fact: after working my way up, I demoted myself because I'd rather help clients than manage staff. Discovered my true calling early!

Why am I working for myself now? Through the experience, I realised what I love and quite simply - I love helping people organise their travel. Whether it's a holiday, a business trip, conferences, events or group bookings.

I think that when you are helping someone organising their holiday, it should be done with love and care. Sounds corny but treat people like how you want to be treated and everything will fall into place.

I have helped all types of clients with their travel from students to couples to groups of besties, through to luxe, business travel and corporate trips so I understand everyone has different needs. Travel industry is all about knowledge, fast & reliable customer services and honesty which is how I operate my business. My turnaround time is normally within 2 hours and I'm available most time if I'm not sleeping.

Being a Personal Travel Manager gives me the time to spend with each client to make sure I explore the best solution to your holiday including flights, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, tours, shop, food, drinks and much more. I have been to Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Fiji, USA, Canada, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Italy, Munich,Valencia and my hometown Thailand. I just came back from LA, New York, Helsinki, Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. To book or just want to have a chat?

In 2022 we were invited to a friend's wedding in France who got married in a castle 🤵👰💒🏰 You know, just like any normal people would do 😝

It was a 6 weeks trip where we travelled with some of our friends and went to Budapest just on our own to some romantic getaway 💖

Budapest was never on my list but Scott insisted that we go. When I checked what was cool to do there and I found this big bike tour that I decided we are doing this no matter what. Best tour ever cus we got to drive around town and check the sights which was super fun.

We were here for 4 nights but I could easily spend a week here cus it was just a chill and beautiful place.

I was hoping that when we get to Mexico there would be something similar to this but they only have an electric bike tour which was highly recommended by someone so we're going to do that instead 🚲

Don't forget to stalk our journey 👀 Can't believe we are jetting off next Friday 22 Aug!!!

Have you ever experienced unexpected hiccups during your holiday ⁉️🤯

This was one of the resorts we stayed in Pattaya earlier in the year and we booked the room with buffet breakfast included. It has a massive water park with 553 rooms so you can imagine how big the resort is.

When we got to the restaurant for breakkie at 9am, everything was nearly gone and they were under staffed, especially it was Chinese New Year. We felt like the hotel didn't really do their job properly so Scott and I went to the reception to raise our concern.

After having a chat with the manager, she offered an upgrade to the club lounge on level 24 to have breakfast there the next day. She also said that we will be able to go there for the evening canape and cocktail as well 🍸🍹🍷🍾

The next morning we had our breakfast with very strong bloody marry so we were all happy 😊

It's okay sometimes when things don't go your way cus you just don't know what you would get in the end 😉

Happy Monday 😎

If you use a lot of social media and have short attention span like me, Facebook group is another good way to do research for people's opinion 💭🗣️

For example, I was looking for some nice restaurants in Mexico to try and this post came up which people recommended their own experience.

Máximo restaurant was suggested by a few people and after checking their 2,473 Google reviews, I'm definitely going to try them out 😋

I have joined a lot of group if clients are going there as well for inspiration so this is something I'd recommend anyone to do for your own trips cus you will get to learn a things or two 😉

OMG and 11 more sleep 😴 til our trip! I am super excited that my 1st stop is Cebu to hang out with my team. I also have a SURPRISE team activity which Jam, Almarie and Solomon asked me so many times but I refused to say what cus it's a SURPRISE 🤣

Happy Monday 😎

Yesterday we caught up with our clients for brunch as we have been helping with their travel for the last few years so it was really nice to be able to meet up in person finally 😊

We had a great time chatting about travel, family and of course our fur babies.

Thank you Marie and Steve for being so awesome. Next time brunch/dinner on us 🍽️

Dec 2024 we went to Japan for our 3rd trip but this time was during winter.

One of my bucket list was to see snow monkey in real life and we got to experience that which was unreal 🐒❄️☃️

We did this as part of the tour where we got to explore Nagano, have yummy hot pot lunch, Zenkoji temple and of course, the star of the show little monkeys bath in onsen aka hot spring ♨️

We also have a family of 5 going to Japan during winter for their 1st time and we will definitely recommend them to do this as part of their holiday as it's something very unique that you cannot see anywhere in the world 🌏

Last night we also got another new enquiry to Japan for another clients so feel like we are going to be doing more Japan now!!!!

Kombanwa aka Good evening in Japanese 🗾

We have been receiving a high number of Japan enquiries in the last few weeks and I am so happy that our clients put their trust with us to help them out, especially when they haven't been to Japan!

I have personally been to Japan 3 times and I still remember my 1st trip I was super nervous as I wanted everything to be perfect.

From my own personal experience and something that a lot of our clients don't really think about is the "ROOM SIZE". This is totally normal as clients only concentrate on the flight and things they want to do and see when they are in Japan. This is where the team and I come in and let our clients know that as much as they want to get other things organised, where you will be staying, location and your room size are super important as well cus it's your resting place so you can relax and enjoy Japan to the fullest.

This hotel in Tokyo was one of my top fav place and I chose this particular room category " Premier Suite" cus of the room layout where it has a massive living room with tatami mat, huge flat screen tv and THE VIEW!

Whenever the team and I research for the accommodations for our clients, we do it like as if we are going to stay there personally so we put a lot of 💖 and care into it cus we want our clients to get what they want and be happy. If our clients are happy, we are happy and that we have done our jobs properly 😊

Writing this post really making me have the itch to go to Japan again!!!! I think I'm going to have to start planning my next trip for 2026 even though I haven't left for our trip next month lol 🤣

If you didn't know this, I'm obsessed with Japan and have been there 3 times already! 🗾🎎🏯🎏

Happy Monday and hope everyone had a good weekend 🌞

In the last month we had about 7 Japan enquiries and I'm so excited for our clients as Japan is my all time fave to visit 🗾🎎

These pics bring me so many fun memories as I never thought I would had a chance to take a picture with a real life Geisha ( normally if you want to spend time with them or have Japanese tea would cost at least $500 to do so), let alone being on a stage full of crowd!

This was at the Ninja village in Sapporo which I thought was going to be one of those tourist trap..... well it was but for me it was amazing cus I volunteered myself to be on the stage lol. Normally I would never do this kind of thing but I thought, hey this will be a good content for the business so why not hahaha 🤣

I got to dress up as the emperor, had to shout out some Japanese words, played a fan game with the host and had REAL sake ( Japanese rice wine) on stage for FREE!

I laughed so much and there was no stage fright. So if you ever want to have a free photo with a real life Geisha and not having to pay, I'd highly recommend Ninja village in Sapporo 😁

Where's Wally??? ahem I meant pixie 😝

I have been sick for the last week but our business has to run as usual. I'm lucky to have my team taking care of clients while I'm not 100% and also Scott has been making sure I drink plenty of hot ginger tea, making me soup and little pixie staying by my side for love and support.

Here are some things we have been helping our clients with:

✅ Flight delayed and rebook. This happened on a late Sat night.
✅ Managed to get a further $3000 discount on a river cruise for a client.
✅ Arranging flights for 3 corporate clients to meet up in Shanghai for work conference.
✅ Dealing with the Middle East flights drama.
✅ Finding alternative for FANCY class airfares when the original fare expired to keep the cost down.
✅ New Japan trip from a client referral.

I do want to take a break and just rest up but it's so hard cus I care about our clients and also I'm a control freak 😂
