I have been booking travel since I was born..... jokes.... it's actually 8 years so I'd like to think I know what I'm doing, fortunately my customers agree.

Here's a little about my life in the travel industry:
Starting in 2008 I was a Consultant at STA Travel, kicking off my career in travel. From there, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager, building up my experience in

Australia. In 2014, I was offered the opportunity to develop and train my own team in Bangkok, Thailand. For 14 months I reported directly to the MD, hired a team of 10+ travel consultants, acquired two Corporate Accounts (British Council & TTI Global) and learned the difference between Thai & Australian business cultures. Fun fact: after working my way up, I demoted myself because I'd rather help clients than manage staff. Discovered my true calling early!

Why am I working for myself now? Through the experience, I realised what I love and quite simply - I love helping people organise their travel. Whether it's a holiday, a business trip, conferences, events or group bookings.

I think that when you are helping someone organising their holiday, it should be done with love and care. Sounds corny but treat people like how you want to be treated and everything will fall into place.

I have helped all types of clients with their travel from students to couples to groups of besties, through to luxe, business travel and corporate trips so I understand everyone has different needs. Travel industry is all about knowledge, fast & reliable customer services and honesty which is how I operate my business. My turnaround time is normally within 2 hours and I'm available most time if I'm not sleeping.

Being a Personal Travel Manager gives me the time to spend with each client to make sure I explore the best solution to your holiday including flights, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, tours, shop, food, drinks and much more. I have been to Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Fiji, USA, Canada, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Italy, Munich,Valencia and my hometown Thailand. Sydney has been freezing so it's nice to be able to work from home, booking trips for our clients and have moral support from my little assistant pixie napping on the job ;p

For the last 2 weeks the team and I have been working non stop helping our clients to so many destinations:

✔️ Taiwan
✔️ Japan
✔️ South Korea
✔️ Thailand
✔️ USA

Each clients have different needs so we will always do our best to make sure they have a fantastic trip away 😎

My personal trip to the Philippines, Mexico, Alaska doing Silversea cruise and Taiwan are also coming up in August and I haven't even booked my own accommodations cus we have been that busy!!!

Busy but GOOD busy 😍

Happy another long weekend 🤩

Since we are going to Mexico in August, I've been doing lots of research about cool things to do. We have a week in Mexico and was thinking about doing 2 different cities but based on our last trip where we were on the move so much, I have decided lets stay put and not kill ourselves.

All I know now is that I want to do some yummy street food tour, check out Tolantongo and Teotihuacán and roam around.

There are so many joined and private tours available so I'll be doing a bit of both so I can let my clients know what are the pros and cons 😁

Hope everyone had a great Easter break 🐰🐰🐰

Scott and I are going to Canada for our Silversea cruise but that was the only thing we booked and finally we have booked out flights which I'm super excited 🤩

I'll be going to the Philippines to hang out with my team as I haven't met Almarie and Solomon yet so this would be a good team getaway, do some work and hang out in person.

Then I'll be flying all the way from Manila to meet up with Scotty in Mexico via Paris flying FANCY class with Air France which I'm really looking forward to try their business class products. The journey will be 34 hours, super long but I know I'll be comfortable for the whole flights 🛌🛫

Mexico was never on our list and we were thinking of going to the US but due to so many news about people getting detained without any reason so we thought, lets not risk it.

After Mexico we will travel to Vancouver for our Silversea cruise, Fairbanks to check out the Northern lights then Taiwan for a week before we fly back home.

I'm excited but also nervous at the same time but I know it will be a great trip 😁

Happy Monday and hope everyone had a good weekend 🌞

Cool things about working in travel is that I get to check out places so that I can let my clients know about my personal feedback.

This was a massive resort in Bali which when I first got there I was like "OMG I'm in heaven".

We have 2 honeymoon couple that want to stay somewhere super lux and I recommended them this resort straight away as they will love. Well when I showed them this pic they were like, put us here. The leading room starts at $700 a night but since it's their honeymoon they are going to stay in their top top top room category!

This was one of our fav resorts in Pattaya. Why?

It was a small resort so not too over crowded. Their infinity pool was beautiful and food was amazing 😋

Another cool thing about this place is you can check in anytime so for example if you check in at 4pm then check out will be at 4pm.

They also do happy hours buy 1 get 1 free cocktail 🍹🍸🍹🍸

I can definitely see myself going back here again if I have a chance ☺️

Today you would have been 47 Irene, my sister in law. Wherever you are we are still thinking about you. I wish you were here so you can try all the cooking I can do now, see how much your brother and I have progressed in our lives and be loved unconditionally by little pixie.

TGIF🤩

I'm not going to lie but this week has been really tough for me physically and mentally so I have been resting a lot. I think we changed our hotels in Thailand every 2 nights and had to do some work and guided the team which took a lot of my energy so I had to tell myself it's time to stop.

I'm very fortunate that Jam, Solomon and Almarie all have been an amazing in helping our clients and working long hours to get things done while I'm resting. Thank you team from the bottom of my heart.

Now today I'm feeling a lot better but still trying to minimise the work load. We have a repeated client who only fly FANCY class which her trip is in July aka super peak, super expensive $$$$$. We found a few options but they were mostly $7000 - $9000 with Malaysian airline, Asiana, Vietnam etc.

Kid you not today we found something awesome and it's less than $7000 flying with this amazing airline which normally would cost you at least $10,000! I have flown with them personally and would fly with them again in a heartbeat 💗

The catch is you can only fly into Spain or Italy and flight schedule wise it may not be the best but who cares cus you can do more stop over and use the lounge. Seats are limited so you must be very flexible. This particular fare we used to book for our clients last year but since then the availability has become really really hard to come by so to actually found something today for our FANCY client was like 🤯

Going to Europe this year and want to fly FANCY class without selling your liver❓
