I have been booking travel since I was born..... jokes.... it's actually 8 years so I'd like to think I know what I'm doing, fortunately my customers agree.

Here's a little about my life in the travel industry:
Starting in 2008 I was a Consultant at STA Travel, kicking off my career in travel. From there, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager, building up my experience in

Australia. In 2014, I was offered the opportunity to develop and train my own team in Bangkok, Thailand. For 14 months I reported directly to the MD, hired a team of 10+ travel consultants, acquired two Corporate Accounts (British Council & TTI Global) and learned the difference between Thai & Australian business cultures. Fun fact: after working my way up, I demoted myself because I'd rather help clients than manage staff. Discovered my true calling early!

Why am I working for myself now? Through the experience, I realised what I love and quite simply - I love helping people organise their travel. Whether it's a holiday, a business trip, conferences, events or group bookings.

I think that when you are helping someone organising their holiday, it should be done with love and care. Sounds corny but treat people like how you want to be treated and everything will fall into place.

I have helped all types of clients with their travel from students to couples to groups of besties, through to luxe, business travel and corporate trips so I understand everyone has different needs. Travel industry is all about knowledge, fast & reliable customer services and honesty which is how I operate my business. My turnaround time is normally within 2 hours and I'm available most time if I'm not sleeping.

Being a Personal Travel Manager gives me the time to spend with each client to make sure I explore the best solution to your holiday including flights, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, tours, shop, food, drinks and much more. I have been to Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Fiji, USA, Canada, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Italy, Munich,Valencia and my hometown Thailand. Back in 2023, Jam my first mini me helped my business to the point I could afford to bring her to Australia and joined me in Fiji for a work retreat.

For any international flights, if it's more than 6 hours I'd never travel with low cost carriers as the rate of delays and cancellations are quite high which is not worth the headache to deal with 🤕😶‍🌫️

Fiji is only 4 hours away so that I didn't mind to fly with Jetstar and I got us exit row and bulkhead seats cus the extra leg space made such a big different in comfort and you get to get off the plane first.

If you have to fly budget airlines between 4-6 hours, I'd highly recommend to pay for the extra legroom seats 🦵💺

TGIF 🤩

This time last year I flew to Cebu to hang out with my team before heading to Mexico and Alaska for our Silversea cruise 🛳️

On my Qantas flight I didn't know they also serve bloody mary and since I like it spicy the crew game me this mini tabasco bottle which I thought was pretty cool 🤣

10 hr flight was super quick and comfy and I got to do a bit of work in the sky as well.

2015 I got to experience Cambodia, especially Ankor Wat and it was amazing. We did the sunrise tour and had to wake up at 4am, get our little breakkie, lined up for the permit which you can tell that my face wasn't pleased lol.

It was super hot and humid but we all had a great time 😁

Whenever Scott and I travel, we both love to check out the local supermarkets to see what we can try out.

This was in Osaka at Max Value ( think woolie/coles) and I found this amazing chocolate nuts stick which was sooooooo yummy. I picked this one cus it was the last box so I thought, you know what, lets try it out and it was the best thing ever 😋

We also got some sake carton and for 2L, it was only $15!!!!!

We also got a bunch of local snack to try them out cus they were cheap and if we liked them then we can get them later to bring back to Australia.

My point is, whenever you travel to Japan, explore your local supermarket and try a bunch of things cus you'd never know what you might like 😁

We love searching for airfares, especially complex one as we like to see how can we create an amazing itineraries without selling your liver 🤣

For the same flight in FANCY, it's $12,877 which sounds a lot but to give you some comparison:

Sydney NYC return in business class with Qantas or Qantas is $14,000 and London $11,000 so to fly around the world for $12k is actually a GOOD DEAL.

Every morning the team and I do morning meeting to go through what we have for the day. Today Almarie has found this little AMAZING hotel in Japan for our client who loves her bathtub and I think Almarie has really hit the nail with this one 😁

I'm so going to put this property on the Japan group trip for 2027!

We have a client that whenever she travels, we remember that her special request is to have a bathtub in her accommodation 🛁so when we do research for her we always keep this in mind 😇

Each clients prefer different things and we will always do our best to make that happen so that they have a great holiday away. It's a little things that count and to show that we care 🤗

So when our client is going to Mt Fuji, we sent her this pic straight away and she was like, BOOK IT FOR ME 😁

I do have to say that I'm also going to put this place on my list when I visit Japan next.... group holiday!

This morning during our team meeting I was training the team about one of my FAV topic: Airfare 🎫✈️

We have our repeat clients who want to fly to Italy in FANCY class and Qantas, Emirates, Singapore airline were $10-$12k 😱

We got the options for them and also played around with different routes, airlines to see how can we help and SAVE their hard earned cash 🤑

So we kinda found this fare for less than $4500 to Asia in economy ( 9-10hr) then to Europe will all be in FANCY class lie flat bed ( 15-18hr) 🔥🔥🔥

Not a bad find if I must say so 🫠
