I have been booking travel since I was born..... jokes.... it's actually 8 years so I'd like to think I know what I'm doing, fortunately my customers agree.

Here's a little about my life in the travel industry:
Starting in 2008 I was a Consultant at STA Travel, kicking off my career in travel. From there, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager, building up my experience in Australia. In 2014, I was offered the opportunity to develop and train my own team in Bangkok, Thailand. For 14 months I reported directly to the MD, hired a team of 10+ travel consultants, acquired two Corporate Accounts (British Council & TTI Global) and learned the difference between Thai & Australian business cultures. Fun fact: after working my way up, I demoted myself because I'd rather help clients than manage staff. Discovered my true calling early!

Why am I working for myself now? Through the experience, I realised what I love and quite simply - I love helping people organise their travel. Whether it's a holiday, a business trip, conferences, events or group bookings.

I think that when you are helping someone organising their holiday, it should be done with love and care. Sounds corny but treat people like how you want to be treated and everything will fall into place.

I have helped all types of clients with their travel from students to couples to groups of besties, through to luxe, business travel and corporate trips so I understand everyone has different needs. Travel industry is all about knowledge, fast & reliable customer services and honesty which is how I operate my business. My turnaround time is normally within 2 hours and I'm available most time if I'm not sleeping.

Being a Personal Travel Manager gives me the time to spend with each client to make sure I explore the best solution to your holiday including flights, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, tours, shop, food, drinks and much more. I have been to Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Fiji, USA, Canada, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Italy, Munich,Valencia and my hometown Thailand. I just came back from LA, New York, Helsinki, Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. To book or just want to have a chat?

We have a big family of 16 people going to Phu Quoc next year so the team and I have been doing research for their accommodations (and for us ☺️).

This resort will be opening in Dec and when I checked their 2 bedroom private pool villa, it came up at $6000/night 😮

I do like FANCY but maybe this is a little out of our budget 🤣

Our 1st trip to Vietnam was back in 2015 and we did it on a budget style. It was a lot of fun and got to see so many places.

Our 2027 will be our 3rd time to Vietnam but this time round we want to chill and do it FANCY style cus we have been working really hard so we think we deserve to spoil ourselves 🤩

So far we have only booked our flights and now just have to do research on accommodations, activities, transfer and what to eat 😋

Hope everyone had a good weekend 🤩

It's been a busy day already and whilst the team and I are doing research for our clients, when I got a lunch break for myself I did some digging on Halong Bay cruises as we did this more than 15 years ago and want to do a more luxurious ship to test it out.

A few got my attention so can't wait to narrow down and get it locked in. This trip is going to be 2-2.5 weeks as I don't want to be away too long from pixie, switch off completely and come back fully energized!

It will be a slow paced trip, eat, drink chill and spend quality time with Scott and our good friends 😍

The team and I have been very busy helping our clients with multiple trips 🛫🌍🌎🌏

Cool things about our jobs is we get to research different places, accommodations, activities, cruises so it's doesn't feel like we're working but getting educate ourselves and see what's out there. I especially love it when the team find some really cool hotels and get excited about it cus we all share the info in our group chat and recommend the clients as well 😍

Scott and I are also planning to visit Vietnam again in Feb and this will be our 3rd trip. Just wanna chill out by the beach, have my long island ice tea and yummy seafood. I have found a really good FANCY around $3500 and haven't flown with this airline before so I'm looking forward to try their product out 🛫

Happy Monday and hope everyone had a good weekend 😍

Today we had a client asked if we would do online check in on their behalf and of course, we will always do it where we can.

The clients are also flying premium economy so I checked their booking and also their seating to make sure everything is in order however their last flight from Tokyo to Sydney they were in 18F and G which are behind the bulkhead seats with extra leg room. I told the clients that the extra leg room seats are available so they asked me to switch it for them straight away without having to pay anything extra.

I know this airline pretty well and flew with them when I went to Japan 2nd time so the extra leg room for the bulk head seats were pretty amazing so when I found out they were up for grab I had to make sure our clients know about it 🤩

Anything to make our clients happy 🤗

Work has been a bit crazy and hard cus we did have a few hiccups but we have resolved everything so now it's a bit lighter.

Today I got some time to continue with my travel app for work and part of the functionality is:

✅ Upload client's passport
✅ App extract all the info

This is to save time from manually type in everything so we can FOCUS on making client's holiday more amazing 😍

There are a lot of cool features I have built to make it easier for the team and also something pretty for our clients 🤩
