Tom Norris Coaching Services Triathlon coaching and training plans for individuals, businesses and teams. Tom Norris Coaching Services was born out of my love of triathlon.

It was 7 years ago that I competed in my first corporate triathlon, and it was that event that changed my life! Life is all about balance, working hard, keeping fit and enjoying a good social life. TNCS aims to create training plans for those living in the real world. Whether you’re looking to compete in your first triathlon and need some guidance, or you’re a seasoned racer looking for structure

and a fresh approach TNCS has a training program for you. For the past 7 years I have competed nationally and internationally at high level age group and open level triathlon. The highlight of my past years has been racing for Australia at the Olympic Distance Age Group World Championships in both Beijing and London. Using 7 years racing experience and technical knowledge gained over this time TNCS’s training programs are designed to integrate into your life, providing training programs broken down by day, to help you achieve your goals.

Sometimes your body will just say 'no' to a training session. Listen to it, it's telling you your need to recover a little bit more, trust me, you'll feel good when you go to train again.

Recovery is just as important as training

Swimming, to some it comes naturally, others it feels like you're going no where!
