All into masonry and a 'hot one' so not the easiest of days.
Clients, who have only just settled, are away till the 28th, should be delighted at the transformation of their new abode.

Custom made frame, on site, for 'Reverse Bay' on Master Bed. A lot of work involved with this one but client, and me for that matter, very happy with results

A few more ensuites & bathrooms to do for these lovely clients so looking forward to seeing them again

Custom made and custom fitted, due to reveals being massively out of square, quite odd to see such variations in such small windows, especially for a 'new build'. I think the builder. along with his window fitter/interior fit out team, need to go back to school and learn the basics. Centre of Bay window being 18 mm+ out of paralel is not acceptable by any means.

When the owner passed on my concerns to his builder, it fell on deaf ears and he was basically told ''the job is complete and has been signed off'' 😡

Most would have walked away or left owner with ill fitting shutters and huge uneven gaps. I decided to help him out, so all opening frames were fabricated oversized and then machined, sealed and painted to suit, on site. Installed and completed the right way.

Not for everyone but for the sake of an extra few hours and ensuring Mr and Mrs were happy, it was worth it - in more ways than one. A few days after install, I received call from their neighbour opposite, wanting to order full house of plantation shutters. Thankfully their house was not built by same Cowboy

High 30 temps not ideal weather to be drilling through steel lintels & concrete, and hauling shutters, materials & tools up and down 3 flights.

Had young Griff helping out and impressed with his time keeping, his work ethic and attention to detail. Something that is very important in this trade
