Then there was the evening, when we had been previously been invited by the Australia day committee (as "Frequent Floaters") ie have been a regular entry in the Harbour Parade over many years, to join a procession of vessels into Circular Quay, and to have a prize position in the exclusion zone just across from Circular Quay where all the evenings action and fireworks was to take place. It was a wonderful viewing position. The choreographed firework displays were spaced over 5 separate intervals, and in between, we were entertained by an illuminated drone show, sailing vessels with their sails colourfully lit and music from a two hour live musical concert from a stage near the Opera House which was fed over an FM radio band width. All in all, a perfect evening to celebrate our Nations birthday!

We had a wonderful day on the harbour celebrating Australia day. The weather was perfect, and better still, we ended up winning for the 11th time the Best Dressed Charter Vessel, so a great time was had by all our guests! Thanks to Louise and Richard Brincat for spending the 25th with us dressing Sydney Sundancer, and to Kim and Mike Poppelwell spending most of the 27th un******ng her!!!

The 2020 - 2021 NYE pyrotechnics display was only 7 minutes, but ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR! Mr Foti's creative talents rise to higher spheres every year! There was even one massive burst that coincidentally resembled a Corona Virus! Add to that, skipper John's ability to put SYDNEY SUNDANCER and our guests into an amazing vantage point (with no other vessels between us and the harbour bridge) which enabled us all for have THE best start to 2021!

New Years Eve 2018 - 2019 on Sydney Harbour was as spectacular as ever!! The fireworks seem to get better every year (if that is at all possible!!) Sydney Sundancer was in THE best position to view both the 9 am and midnight fireworks with uninterrupted views. With many international guests as well as Aussies everyone had an amazing night!.....not to mention the Bollinger and fine wines being served throughout the evening and a sumptuous buffet!

Australia Day this year on Sydney Harbour had so much action, and the weather was perfect! Sydney Sundancer as usual was dressed to the nines, and won the Australia Day Council "best dressed charter vessel" for the 10th time!! Day time was filled with so many activities and the evening action was just as good which included a parade of dressed vessels into Circular Quay watched by thousands of people, a fly past of the RAAF of a C130 transport plane firing off star shells over the harbour, and culminated in a spectacular firework display in Circular Quayl Come and join us for the fun next Australia Day!!
