Dear Valued Clients,

As most of you know I had a baby in December 2021 and since then I have struggled personally with the fact I was unable to offer a service at the level I feel my clients deserve due to the increased demands on my time.

Franksbook is my second business, as I am a director for my family business, Marshall’s Bus and Coach Company. I am in the process of taking over from my parents who are transitioning to retirement. I am now responsible for operating 30 buses and 35 staff, and with increased family demands, running Franksbook has become a bit overwhelming.

Due to these increased demands the time has come for me to part with Franksbook Educational Tours. The business will now be operated by a trusted associate of mine, Mal Ellwood.
I hope you understand my decision and welcome Mal who has many years experience in providing Educational Tours. I am confident Mal will offer you a fantastic and professional experience. There will be no disruption to the service offered to you now or in the future.
The decision to part with Franksbook was carefully considered and was sold to the right buyer, one committed to providing excellent service into the future. For many of you, Marshall’s Bus and Coach will continue to provide the coaches for your exciting trips.

There will be no disruption to any travel you have already booked. I will inform the venues and suppliers of the change in owner of the company. All you need to do is continue correspondence on your excursions with Mal at this email address.

Everyone loves Lego and the Canberra buildings are part of the excursion conversation students are missing out on. Check out another great venue below.

Although our building is currently closed, we’re still open to good imaginations. 8-year-old Charlie from Orange has constructed a Lego NLA, entirely from memory – very impressive!

Today we will explore how to make Avian Dinosaur Feeders!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
-Toilet Paper roll
- Bird Seed
- Peanut Butter
-String

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Spread Peanut Butter evenly over a toilet paper roll
2. Roll through bird seed so it sticks to butter
3. Loop string through toilet roll and tie
4. Hang on a tree branch outside, in your back or front yard.

Bonus Activity: try to identify the different types of avian-dinosaurs that are visiting your garden.

I know I have been quiet on here lately. Unfortunately the COVID situation has meant a lot of changes and extra work for us all.
I know teachers and parents are doing a lot of extra work in stressful times while trying to home school. Therefore I just wanted to remind people that the Canberra Venues have been adapting their programs to a digital platform. Be sure to check out their web pages to find more information.
