I am very pleased that our FAM trip to Laos organized by VIETNAM AIRLINES was one of the best and unforgettable trips I have had lately.

From the oldest Wat Sisaket temple and the famous sacred structure of That Luang Stupa to the Patuxay Monument which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc De Triumph. The city is very clean and the local people are so friendly.

From Vientiane a new high speed train operates allowing us to take a trip to Luang Prabang in only 2 hrs and 30 minutes. The scenery is amazing, the seats are very comfortable and if you are interested to stop at Vang Vien it can be done before reaching to Luang Prabang. We did see the Wat Xieng Thong was a Royal Temple, Pak Ou Caves, Phou Si Hill, visiting H’Mong village to witness their daily life and their traditional dancing. We also visited the H’Mong to see how rice wine is made and other activities.

Our Fam group had a chance to see the alms giving early in the morning in Luang Prabang and the spectacular Kuang Si waterfalls.
The trip finished with a quick side trip to the Hanoi countryside to the Co Loa city. Taking the trip by Jeep is one of the highlights if you ever have a chance to visit Hanoi.

Vietnam Airlines services is outstanding. We travelled in Economy class with plenty of leg room. This is a full -service Airline providing meals with the options of Asian and Western food.

Vietnam Airlines is the first choice of your Airlines if you are considering travel to Laos or Cambodia as it has a daily flight to both Luang Prabang and Vientiane in Laos and also Siem Reap and Phnom Penh in Cambodia.

A Side trip to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city will be easy to add on to your trip if you have more time.
