Data Theft Data Theft Victim. On various occasions even my identity was stolen by these insiders. Today we are homeless, living with mum in a small flat.

A few of years ago I was the victim of systematic data theft by self-entitled employees not once but on five separate occasions and all within a relatively short period of time. The loss and damages to the business we founded in 1998, my family and I were so significant that we lost the business, our home, every other asset we owned, including our superannuation and ended up with over $2 million i

n personal and business debt. At age 60 it is no fun having to pick up and start again however rather than be beaten by the experience I started a blog so that we could help others, particularly those in small-to-medium sized businesses, become more aware about insider data theft and ways in which they can reduce the chance of it happening to them.

Sam Hanania is actually the unregistered bankrupted lawyer "Saba Hanania" operating as a shadow director of two car transport businesses in "Sydney" - not the virtual office in Queensland advertised on his websites.

He has a number of aliases used on facebook to reel in victims to his various scams. Aliases include: Sam Hanania, Simon Hanania, Simon Claude and his businesses are MC Car Transport and RMC Transport.

Hanania has been written up in The Australian and Data Theft for ripping off his Law Firm Clients, car owners and drivers.

He is not the experienced truck driver he advertises himself as (see pic byline). He is an unregistered lawyer who pivoted to car transport about 2 years ago following being shut down by the NSW Law Society

If you have been ripped off by him or his businesses report it immediately to Police.

If you require witnesses to his operating as a "Shadow Director" contact us.

And contrary to what you may believe due to website and FB posts, he resides in Belfied NSW, not "somewhere in Queensland".

You really have to wonder what it takes to jail a prolific fraud.

Roselyn Singh using an alias "Simran Singh" attempted to rip off the NSW Government for over $45,000,000.00. After four years in court the case was deemed unreasonable and improper. Singh was ordered to pay all court costs.

Justice Pepper summed up "Singh persistently failed to comply with Court orders causing repeated delays and unnecessary costs. Singh fabricated documents, doctored emails and gave evidence that she knew to be false both in her affidavits and orally".

Roselyn Singh attempted defraud the NSW Govt of over $45Million. Justice Pepper was scathing of Singh in the Principal judgment.

Saba El-Hanania (aliases: Saba Hanania, Simon Hanania and Simon Claude) is the 'shadow director' for two car transport businesses: RMC Transport and MC Car Transport. After his law firm 'Saba Lawyers' was placed in administration for fraud, by the NSW Law Society, Hanania started two car transport businesses using funds stolen from his law clients to purchase a fleet of car trailers and SUV's.

Hanania operates from Belfield NSW. The Brisbane address, advertised on his websites and FB, is a virtual address used to avoid Process Servers & Police.

Hanania has now pivoted from his law practice to ripping off car owners and has been outed in "The Australian" and on "Facebook" for his fraudulant activities.

If you have been ripped off by this bloke report it immediately to Police.

MC Car Transport is another business set up by Saba Hanania to ripp off car owners. Ex Lawyer Hanania was recently outed in The Australian for fraud.
