Vent Electrical is a small company currently undertaking works within the Commercial and Residential trade industries. Having an Owner/Director who has trade experience, James Gaal is constantly trying to develop the company through Hard Work, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction. work constructively together. This is achieved by ensuring the following areas are always closely monitored.
• Leading by example and promoting WHS at every opportunity
• Supervising and ensuring compliance with safe work procedures
• Ensuring all site inductions are completed to Vent Electrical requirements
• Completing regular site audits
• All Safe Work Method Statements and Insurances are correct and dated
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work space
• Ensuring that the project scope is followed and where changes are to be made all parties are notified
• All building rules and regulations are obeyed
• Clear communication is active between the Client, Building Manager and Tradesman
• All rectifications and variations are acted upon as quickly and practically possible
