Time has come for us to move on ... we've totally loved our time on this Station. Below is just a sample of the works we've done here... mainly giving the Cottage a facelift with new cladding (178.5 planks - yes we counted), adding in a cool room and a number of new doors. We've definitely left a to-do list for the painter... and can't wait to see the pictures when it's all done! Thanks to the families here for the past 7.5 weeks ... we're looking forward to catching up again later in the year! 😊

You guys thought we've been slacking off, but little did you know, we've been super busy working on the Station and lending a hand with renovations! We're currently en route to Geraldton to replenish our severely depleted supplies after four long weeks, so Bunnings and Woolworths, you've been warned! And, what a fantastic spot for an impromptu overnighter on the way, perched atop a hill overlooking Geraldton!

Happy Mother's Day to all mother's, in every shape and form ... and especially to those mum's no longer with us!
We are currently at our next work destination on a station, and our days are ending with absolutely gorgeous sunsets like this!

Well, that's a wrap for Newdegate ... been in WA for 9.5 weeks, and 7 weeks have been here! 🗓
Enjoyed our time ... thanks to Bruce and Helen for the family atmosphere, and you never know, we might be back! ☺️
Back to being a tourist before our next work destination. 📸

Swapped work shirts for a few days ... and helped a family after many years of collecting holes in their walls. 😄
Now back to the steering wheel attendant position! 🚛

The boss has had enough of blue water and white sand beaches and caught a bad case of itchy feet to get back to work ... so we're currently stationed in Newdegate, in the middle of the wheatbelt country. We'll be here for a bit while he's trucking away, driving for Helbru Haulage and currently carting water. 😄

WA ... since arriving the weather has been pretty dodgy, even today kicked off super cloudy, but luckily turned itself around ... even scored some beach time with the Chev!

Great to go back to customers and help them again ... zero chill lately ... busy busy busy! Replacing white ant eaten floor boards, readjusting doors and cupboards, swapping fly wire screens, plus heaps more ... even a sneaky bit of brick work!
