Spring is around the corner. The perfect time of year for weddings. At the Moogie House Collective we are perfectly located for wedding parties, couples and friends attending weddings in the area.

With Kooroomba Vineyard and Lavender Farm , White Chapel Kalbar , and Mount French Lodge all close, our accommodation options are the obvious choice.

Did you know we also offer transfers to and from local wedding venues for our guests (by prior arrangement - (and no! unfortunately we don't offer our transfers in the beautiful white jaguar, ours is the other one! lol)

Is your dog craving quality time with you??

At Moogie House we love to welcome your dogs to stay as well. We have plenty of space for them to run around, and fill their lungs with fresh country air. We provide enclosed verandahs front and back, dog beds, blankets, and toys.

We can recommend good country walks in the area. Dog friendly cafes Lake Moogerah Cafè 1961 and even a dog friendly pub nearby where the dogs even have their own menu! Dugandan Hotel

At Moogie House Collective, we believe in leaving the world a little better than we found it. That’s why our stays — from our spacious Moogie House to our off-grid Moogie Glamp and stylish Moogie Pod — make use of solar power and eco-friendly choices that protect our beautiful 19-acre koala habitat.

Our son Cameron, is part of the ANU Solar Racing Team, competing in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge — a 3,000 km race from Darwin to Adelaide where the brightest young minds harness solar power to cross the continent in cars they have designed, built and powered entirely by the sun.🌏⚡

Today is World Nature Conservation Day 🐨🌿

It reminds us about protecting our planet's natural wonders and resources. This day urges us to reflect on our relationship with nature and take steps toward a sustainable future.

The Scenic Rim region has been awarded ECO Destination Certification from Ecotourism Australia. This certification recognizes the region's commitment to sustainable tourism practices and its dedication to preserving its natural beauty and biodiversity.

Here at the Moogie House Collective we have taken steps to awards more sustainable practices;
No single-use plastics, we promote recycling and utilize renewable energy sources. Our glamping tent and pod have been manufactured with sustainable materials and the tent power is harvested from the sun and water. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products and have an on-site wastewater system.

We believe the beauty of our natural environment and our nature-based accommodations can coexist harmoniously.
