Our sincere thanks to the Modra family for giving us the opportunity to realise a long held distant dream. We have often thought of owning and running some sort of holiday accommodation- And here we are. We are excited to go into the future of Modras Apartments with our youngest son Grant and his fiancé Yasmin working alongside us.

What the Modras have achieved here in the last 30 years is a remarkable legacy and landmark and
we want to retain and build on what Norm, Jenny, Damian and kristy have established and grown.

The Journey begins.

Crazy times we are living in.

I just want reassure all guests that life in Tumby Bay is still quite normal at this stage.

Foodland and Neindorf Friendly grocer are both well stocked, the cafes, bakery, hotels and food outlets are all open and welcoming guests, and at this stage, there are no restrictions in place that will affect your holiday plans.

Following advice from authorities, we have implemented the following practises to protect ourselves and all our guests:

1) We have increased our hygiene and cleaning standards to extra high levels. Focusing on disinfecting all surfaces in all apartments and the office reception, and items such as compendiums and keys.

2) Offering express check-in with keys left in the door to avoid personal contact if requested.

3) We have sufficient toilet paper, tissue paper and cleaning products in stock.

4) We are happy to assist with shopping for supplies if required during your stay

Stay healthy and look forward to seeing you soon so you can relax in beautiful Tumby Bay.

Free entertainment for the family.

Thanks to another year of generous support from Optus we are able to show three movies over our festival weekend. Toy Story 4 and Ralph Breaks The Internet for the kids and families and the recent documentary Martha: A Picture Story, the story of iconic street art photojournalist Martha Cooper and her decades of documenting street art culture. All movies are free of charge, see poster for times and location.
