Mary River Holidays offers self contained holiday accommodation houses located along the Mary River in Kenilworth, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland.
Here, you can restore your equilibrium, share special moments with close friends and connect with your loved ones. We provide pet friendly accommodation at our holiday homes. Each holiday home is a special opportunity to experience what our beautiful countryside has to offer, at a rental price which will not break your budget. Find your balance under the restful spell of the Mary River in one of our delightful properties.
Your Hosts
📷Your hosts, Elin and Rick discovered the Mary River in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland in 2005 when looking for an alternative to the busy Sunshine Coast. With 4 children and busy lives they fell in love with the Mary River and Kenilworth, one holiday. The beauty of the area motivated them to create their own special retreat in the Mary Valley. Whispers was purchased in 2005 and has hosted hundreds of guests. In 2010 Elin and Rick bought River Oaks which they have now lovingly restored in a French Provincial style.
The properties have now joined to form Mary River Holidays, and accommodates groups from 2 to 9. Rick and Elin have become well known and liked locals in the Kenilworth community, and have established a successful Angus Lowline Stud with approximately 35 head of cattle.
