After more than 30 years in the travel industry, it takes a lot to truly surprise me — but unfortunately, the service from Turkish Airlines in this recent case has been among the worst I’ve experienced.

As a dedicated travel professional, I always follow the proper process and advocate strongly for my clients. We followed every instruction provided to resolve an issue, only to be told — at the final moment — that the outcome we were working towards was never going to happen.

This isn't just frustrating, it's unacceptable. I will continue to fight for what’s right and push for the refund that is owed.

Travel advisors are here to support and protect travellers — even when airlines make it incredibly difficult.
