Memories of Singapore. 6 nights to appreciate Singapore orchids, Singapore slings whilst overdosing on peanuts, little India cuisine, tolerate the humidity and observe the extreme shopping culture, admire the mix of old and new, discover what a monitor lizard looks like, drink coconuts on the street whilst wiping away upper lip sweat- it’s quite the experience. Such an easy flight from Perth. The phrase that remains in my head is can… can not. A city that glows at night and makes you want to float in a pool or escape to air conditioning

Appreciating the little things in life. Friendship, nature, discovering new music, soft sand between my toes, refreshing morning salty ovens swims, turquoise waters, laughter with friends, long sleeps, cooking outdoors, exploring national park trails, meeting passionate people at wineries, listening to podcasts, reading, living without rigidity, coffee outdoors, sweating in the wild rain and winds, quality time with people who love the great outdoors. Moments like this make me think of the beautiful French word l'inconnu, uncertainty and how the unknown puts a smile on my face and makes me feel so free. Happy to be alive and healthy in this world.
