How good do they look?🤣🤣🤣

Easy Cream Puffs: Delicate pastry shells filled with creamy vanilla custard, topped with powdered sugar. A delightful and elegant dessert! 🥐🍮

Ingredients:
For the Choux Pastry:

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
Pinch of salt

For the Filling:

1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and add flour all at once. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
Remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until the dough is smooth and glossy.
Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the puffs are golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Slice the cooled puffs horizontally and fill with whipped cream.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Calories: Approximately 100 calories per cream puff.
