One of the reasons we started running our own meaningful holidays was because we couldn’t find a package that met our personal preferences. A lot of tours we found we liked the sound of, but perhaps the balance of activities weren’t right, or it was just the typical sights and we wanted something out of the box. We wanted to have fun, eat good food, make new friends, explore a different culture, relax and rejuvenate, soak in the beauty of a different landscape and learn something new about ourselves. Step into the past and savour the present on this unforgettable day in Türkiye.
We begin at the awe-inspiring Ancient City of Ephesus, walking the same marble streets once used by Romans. Explore the Arcadian Way, Temple of Hadrian, Celsius Library, and Antique Theatre—monuments that echo with history.
Then it's off to Pamukkale, where you'll visit the ancient city of Hierapolis and the stunning white travertine terraces. Take a barefoot stroll across nature’s surreal wonder and dip into the legendary Cleopatra’s Pool.

Later, we journey to Cappadocia, where history meets hospitality. Explore an open-air museum, descend into the Ozkonak Underground City, and join a cooking class in a local home. Spend the day exploring the enchanting city of Sheki, where culture, tradition, and history come alive. We begin at the bustling local bazaar, filled with fresh fruits, fragrant spices, warm bread, cheeses, and the famous Sheki sweets. Then we dive into history with visits to the Sheki Fortress, the stunning 18th-century Khan Palace, and the historic Caravanserai.
Browse artisan stalls showcasing exquisite stained glass, embroidery, silk, and pottery, and take home a truly unique souvenir. Then try your hand at a Shebeke craft class, learning how to assemble intricate colored glass into wooden frames—a centuries-old local art form.

In the nearby village of Kish, we visit one of the oldest churches in the Caucasus, known as the “mother of churches,” before ending the day with a Qutab cooking class—stuffed crepes that are as delicious as they are fun to make.
