🌴 Out of Office 🌴

I’m excited to be heading to Hamilton Island for an exclusive experience, thanks to Hamilton Island Tourism!

I’ll be exploring stunning hotels, including a sneak peek at the soon-to-open **Sundays**, as well as discovering some of the island’s top activities and dining spots.

I’ll be out of the office from Monday the 21st of October and will be back to regular hours by 10am on Thursday the 24th of October.

🌟 Florence Highlight from My Clients Rhi and Dan🌟

A must-do in Florence, as shared by my wonderful clients, is booking the Brunelleschi Pass! For just €30, you get to climb to the top of the Duomo (as seen in this photo – 463 steps to breathtaking views!) plus access to the bell tower, baptistery, cathedral, museum, and Santa Reparata crypt. They chose the 9am slot and beat the crowds – only 20 people ahead, with about 100 behind! It’s a bit of lining up, but totally worth it for such an incredible experience!

✈️ **Important Update Regarding Rex Airlines**

Regional Express Holdings Limited and several subsidiaries, including Rex Airlines, have entered voluntary administration. Ernst & Young Australia (EY Australia) have been appointed as Joint Administrators.

# # Points:

- **Regional Flights**: All regional flights are operating as scheduled and are unaffected by the administration.

- **Domestic Flights**: All Rex domestic flights between major cities have been cancelled.

- **Service Continuation**: Only the 737-800 jet flights between capital cities are cancelled; regional services continue as scheduled.

# # # Refunds and Transfers:

Rex Airlines is not offering refunds for affected customers on capital city flights. However, Virgin Australia, Jetstar, and Qantas are offering re-accommodation options for Rex customers.

**Virgin Australia Offer**:

- Rex customers with cancelled flights can transfer their ticket free of charge to 13 overlapping Virgin Australia services.
- Contact Virgin Australia Guest Contact Centre at 13 67 89 or visit [Virgin Australia](http://www.virginaustralia.com) by today, **Wednesday, 14 August 2024**.

- Re-accommodation will be on Virgin Australia flights as close as possible to the original travel time.

- Do not go to the airport until rebooking is confirmed.
