Please always give 24hrs notice it wanting guiding or cutting service as I do work another job, not full time cutting/guiding these days i ask for 24hrs minimum to try accommodate requests but caravan park comes first.... thanks for understanding

Check this out for an olivine bom& few kilo of volcanic Lakes olivine.... no bassalt covering these boms they are solid and beautiful specimines....

Went for a fossick at lake yesterday check out these little guys, not often we find them with structure pretty much in fact, straight to pool room for these guys, more in comments 😉

Gday fossickers,
I've had a few enquiries as to fossicking days etc so here's what you do to arrange an afternoon on the lake...
If you book for a night or two (2 nights best value) at lakes and craters holiday Park in Camperdown vic which is situated above the lake, powered and non powered sites or cabins i will take you down to lake and show what to do, I'll spend at least an hour with you showing what to do and look for, onlycost involved is your stay and equipment hire ($20 per sieve set and shovel)....

If wanting to not stay, then cost will be $20 per person (for first 2 hours extra for longer which in allocated time you will get the idea and be able to do yourself) plus equipment hire $20 per sieve set and a shovel (this will only be on days in am not working in caravan park)

Miners right/fossicking licence will be required by all over 16 years of age.... and there will be boundaries for fossicking areas....

For bookings call reception, peak and off peak times vary in price, but it well worth booking a couple of nights.....

Also message me to let me know when you're booked in so I can arrange fossicking....
