A place to call home. 🏡

Our second Tiny Homes 4 U home in Belmont North is now complete and ready for its new occupants — delivered as part of an important housing initiative with Allambi Care

The two homes have been purchased by Allambi through funding from the NSW Government’s Homes NSW Homelessness Innovation Fund and established on Council-owned land through a pilot partnership with Lake Macquarie City Council.

With demand for safe, affordable housing continuing to grow, projects like this are creating new pathways for families and young people who need somewhere secure to call home.

One home is already occupied, with another family preparing to move into this one.
We’re proud to play a small part in delivering practical housing solutions where they’re needed most.

Flexible housing is finally getting the attention it deserves. 🏡

Shellharbour City Council has introduced a two-year pilot program that could make it easier for eligible mobile tiny homes to be used as long-term rental accommodation, without going through the traditional development application process.

It’s an interesting step forward and a sign that councils are beginning to look at more flexible ways to tackle the growing demand for housing.

At Tiny Homes 4 U, we’ve been building relocatable, customisable homes designed to give people more options — whether that’s additional accommodation, a rental opportunity, a home office or simply making better use of the space you already have.
