ry participant receives the maximum benefit from our program and services at our center please take the time to read through the following ‘Learn to Swim’ terms and conditions relevant to Nippers 2 Flippers “Safe Start Swim School”. General Conditions

All participants must abide by the general terms and conditions of the Swim School Program. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend or cancel a membership without refund. Every effort will be made to adhere to the timetable, however, Nippers 2 Flippers reserves the right to change and alter classes as necessary. Payment of Fees

Payment of swim school lessons is for the full term unless other arrangements have been authorized by Swim School Management. All fees must be paid within 14 day of invoice date, and failure to do so will result in your position being given to another member. Please note, we no longer offer Bank Transfer. Missed Lessons

To minimize disruption, we offer two make-up lessons per term. This is unable to be rolled over to the following term.If a make-up lesson is missed you are not permitted to re book another make-up. The center must be notified at least 24 hours prior to lesson if your child will not be attending their lesson. Assessments

Assessments are ongoing as children develop at their own pace. However, we endeavor to generally conduct assessments during week 3 and week 8. Supervision

Parents are not permitted to leave children unsupervised at any time. Baby Levels

We request that children up to the age of 3 wear both a Swim Nappy and a reusable “Happy Nappy”, which can be purchased from Reception. Privacy

The Center will use your personal information only for the purpose of registering and administering.
