sident structural engineer and building surveyor will ensure that homes constructed on sites exposed to specific conditions are catered for.

The exterior of your home can be James Hardie cladding, brick veneer, timber and any other modern building material you choose. Windows, doors and screens come in durable colour coated aluminium. A Coldon home will contain interior fittings to suit your requirements. Visit our colour selection showroom and you will be impressed with the options available, especially when you learn the quality of our included fixtures - leaving little requirement for upgrades.

We will build your home to completion or lock up. Our construction program can be arranged to suit your needs and budget. Our site supervisors are a fantastic team of skilled and enthusiastic tradespeople that are fantastic to work with.

Lower energy costs and greater comfort. All our homes include a minimum 6-Star energy efficiency rating, which means your home keeps more heat out in summer and retains more heat in winter - a more economical and comfortable home all year round.

Good on ya, fellas - raising funds for Breast Cancer Research 💕
Our carpentry crews turned back the clock today, all in the name of a good cause. Wearing their retro outfits, the team rallied to raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Network Australia.
We're proud to support this important cause and grateful for everyone who got involved. Every dollar makes a difference.
Throwback to that time we built a rooftop deck in Kilcunda — because when you’ve got ocean views like that, why not make the most of them? One of our favourite client requests to date. 😉

The modern design and smart use of space make this design ideal for families of all sizes. The private master bedroom at the front features a stunning ensuite and ample walk-in robe, offering both privacy and luxury. The central kitchen flows seamlessly into the adjoining meals and family area, creating a perfect space for gathering. Additionally, the large walk-in pantry ensures plenty of storage and convenience.
It started as a Coldon Lakeview (part of our Leisure Range), then, in the best possible way, we flipped the design on its head to accommodate the steep block.
We worked closely with the owners to reimagine the layout and take full advantage of the spectacular water views. It's now transformed from a two-storey, to a three-level home, and it's glorious.
