Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for travel and tourism, with hands-on experience in outgoing tourism, particularly across CIS destinations including Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
This role is focused on driving B2B sales growth, expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the outgoing tourism segment.
• Actively promote travel packages and destination services to travel agencies and corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings with partners, as this is a B2B-focused role involving daily travel.
Market Intelligence
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance product offerings.
Proposal & Presentation
• Prepare, present, and follow up on customized proposals, itineraries, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Negotiation & Contracting
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives, ensure smooth ex*****on, and maximize client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
Networking & Representation
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related discipline.
Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
Industry Knowledge
• A good understanding of destination management and travel operations in CIS countries is highly desirable.
Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Language
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Compensation & Terms
• Starting Salary: INR 30,000 per month

• Probation Period: 3 months
