| FIRST COMMERCIAL FLIGHT OF BIMAN AT TORONTO | After more than 18 hours and 30 minutes in the air, Biman's first ever commercial flight has landed at Toronto Pearson International Airport, Canada.

Operating with flight BG305, 'Shonar Tori' (S2-AJY) the 787-9 left Dhaka at 11:04PM yesterday and touched down at 07:38AM at Toronto, making it possibly the longest commercial flight of operated by the flag carrier in its 50 years!

The weather though wasn't perfect, with heavy snowing and freezing temperatures, the local spotters were there to welcome her, with the pilots making a textbook landing!

Very Important Notice :

An important announcement from Biman Bangladesh Airline:

As the process of migration to new PSS is ongoing, time limit for BG is not being generated on any GDS.
Until auto TL policy is implemented, management has decided that from now ALL BG PNRs made by BG host or any Travel Agents 03 (three) hours TL will be considered after the reservation is made. After 3 hours of reservation, PNRs will be applicable for cancellation if not ticketed.
