আজকের ৬-৯-২০২২ সার্কুলার অনুসারে, ভিসা এবং যাত্রী ক্যাটাগরি অনুসরণ করে যাত্রীদের চীনে প্রবেশের অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে।
অনুমোদিত যাত্রীশ্রেণী:
ক)চীনা নাগরিক: চীনা নাগরিকরা তাদের জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র নিয়ে চীনে প্রবেশ করতে পারে। আর কোন কাগজপত্র লাগবে না।
খ)হংকং, ম্যাকাও এবং তাইওয়ানের হোম রিটার্ন পারমিট থাকতে হবে: এই ৩ দেশের লোকেদের তাদের সাথে তাদের দেশে ফেরার পারমিট থাকতে হবে। সাথে তাদের ভিসা ও প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র।
গ)চাইনিজ গ্রিন কার্ডধারী বা যারা স্থায়ীভাবে বসবাস করেছেন: যারা চীনে গ্রীন কার্ডধারী তাদের চীনে প্রবেশের অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়। তাদের সাথে তাদের গ্রিন প্রয়োজনীয় কার্ডের কাগজপত্র থাকতে হবে।
ঘ)নিম্নলিখিত ধরনের বৈধ ভিসা [M/F/Z/S1/S2/Q1/Q2/R/X1/X2/C] ২৮-৩-২০২০ এর পরে জারি করা বিদেশী নাগরিকদের: [M/F হিসাবে বৈধ ভিসা রয়েছে এমন বিদেশী নাগরিকদের /Z/S1/S2/Q1/Q2/R/X1/X2/C] ২৮-৩-২০২০ এর পরে জারি করা চীনে প্রবেশের যোগ্য৷
ঙ)বৈধ ছাত্র বসবাসের অনুমতি: বর্তমানে চীনে অধ্যয়নরত শিক্ষার্থীরা। তাদের স্টুডেন্ট রেসিডেন্সি পারমিট দেখাতে হবে। এর মাধ্যমে তারা চীনে প্রবেশের যোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেন।
চ) আপেক বিজনেস ট্রাভেল কার্ড: যে ব্যবসায়ীর কাছে আপেক (এশিয়া-প্যাসিফিক ইকোনমিক কোঅপারেশন) ব্যবসায়িক ভ্রমণ কার্ড রয়েছে তারা চীনে প্রবেশের যোগ্য।
দ্রষ্টব্য: উপরোক্ত যাত্রীর বিভাগগুলি ব্যতীত, অনুগ্রহ করে গ্রহণ করার আগে CAN স্টেশনের সাথে নিশ্চিত করা নিশ্চিত করুন৷ অন্যথায়, আপনি চীনে প্রবেশের যোগ্য হবেন না।
২.প্রস্থানের সময় সকল যাত্রীর কাছে চাইনিজ দূতাবাস দ্বারা জারি করা একটি HS/HDC QR কোড থাকতে হবে।
ক) তথ্য: QR কোড পাওয়ার জন্য বিশদ নির্দেশিকা বাংলাদেশে চীনা কনস্যুলেট দ্বারা জারি করা হয়েছে এবং এখানে পাওয়া যাবে

(48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে একবার এবং প্রস্থানের 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে এক বার, "ডুয়াল নিউক্লিক অ্যাসিড (পিসিআর) পরীক্ষা)। যাত্রীকে অবশ্যই তাদের সাথে পিসিআর পরীক্ষার রিপোর্ট বহন করতে হবে। 1টি পরীক্ষা প্রস্থানের 48 ঘন্টা আগে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে এবং অন্যটি প্রস্থানের 24 ঘন্টা আগে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
৩.সমস্ত যাত্রীদের তাদের ফোনের মাধ্যমে সংযুক্ত QR কোডের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমস স্বাস্থ্য ঘোষণা পূরণ করতে হবে। যাত্রীদের অবশ্যই তাদের ফোনের মাধ্যমে সংযুক্ত QR কোডের মাধ্যমে স্বাস্থ্য ঘোষণা সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে
As of today's 6-9-2022 circular, by following visa & passenger categories passengers will be allowed to enter China.
1. Allowed passenger categories:
a. Chinese Nationals: Chinese national citizens can enter China by having their national ID card. No further documents will not be needed.
b. Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan need to hold a Home Return Permit: These 3 countries' people need to have their home return permit with them. Along with their visa and necessary documents.
c. Chinese green cards holder or those who have obtained permanent residency: Those who are holder of green cards in China are allowed to enter China. They need to have their green card documents with them.
d. Foreign nationals with the following types of valid visas [M/F/Z/S1/S2/Q1/Q2/R/X1/X2/C] issued after Mar 28, 2020: Foreign nationals who have valid visas as [M/F/Z/S1/S2/Q1/Q2/R/X1/X2/C] being issued after 28-3-2020 are eligible to enter China.
e. Valid student residence permit: Students who are currently studying in China. They need to show their student residency permit. By showing that they are eligible to enter China.
f. APEC Business Travel Card: Businessman who has APEC( Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) business travel card are eligible to enter China.
Note: other than the above passenger categories, please make sure to confirm with the CAN station before acceptance. Otherwise, you will not eligible to enter China.
2. All passengers must be in possession of a HS/HDC QR code issued by Chinese Embassy at respective country of departure.

(one time within 48 hours plus one time within 24 hours prior to departure, “Dual Nucleic Acid (PCR) Tests). The passenger must carry the PCR test report with them. 1 test needs to get done 48 hours before departure and another needs to get done 24 hours before departure.
3. .All Passengers are required to fill up customs health declaration thru their phone via the attached QR code. Passengers must complete the health declaration through their phone via the attached QR code
所有赴华旅客（含中国和外国公民）须在登机前48小时内和24小时内各做一次核酸检测，共两次（两次核酸检测应间隔24小时以上）。
