ভোলা পর্যটনে নতুন দিগন্ত — অক্টোবর থেকে শুরু হচ্ছে 'রিভার ক্রুজ।

​প্রারম্ভিক কথা
নদীমাতৃক বাংলাদেশের বৃহত্তম দ্বীপ ভোলা। এর দক্ষিণ প্রান্তে অবস্থিত চর কুকরী মুকরী এবং তারুয়া সমুদ্র সৈকত প্রকৃতির এক অপূর্ব সৃষ্টি। ম্যানগ্রোভ বনের সবুজ চাদর, বন্যপ্রাণীর অবাধ বিচরণ এবং রূপালী বালুচরের দৃশ্য পর্যটকদের আকর্ষণ করে আসছে দীর্ঘদিন ধরে। এই প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যকে আন্তর্জাতিক মানে পৌঁছে দিতে এবং পর্যটকদের জন্য ভ্রমণ আরও রোমাঞ্চকর ও আরামদায়ক করতে অক্টোবর মাস থেকে শুরু হতে যাচ্ছে বহুল প্রতীক্ষিত "রিভার ক্রুজ"।

​১. পর্যটন শিল্পের বিকাশ: এই ক্রুজ সার্ভিস চালুর ফলে দেশের অভ্যন্তরীণ পর্যটন মানচিত্রে ভোলার অবস্থান আরও সুদৃঢ় হবে।
২. স্থানীয় কর্মসংস্থান: বোট পরিচালনা, গাইড, পরিবহন ও আতিথেয়তা খাতে স্থানীয় যুবকদের জন্য তৈরি হবে নতুন কর্মসংস্থান।
৩. টেকসই উন্নয়ন: প্রাকৃতিক পরিবেশ রক্ষা করে পর্যটন পরিচালনার মাধ্যমে স্থানীয় অর্থনীতির চাকা আরও গতিশীল হবে।
