২০২৬ সালের ২১শে জানুয়ারি থেকে, বাংলাদেশের নাগরিকদের মধ্যে যারা ব্যবসা বা পর্যটনের উদ্দেশ্যে যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের (B1/B2) ভিসার জন্য অনুমোদিত হবেন, তাদের সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০ আমেরিকান ডলার পর্যন্ত একটি ভিসা বন্ড জমা দিতে হবে। তবে ২০২৬ সালের ২১শে জানুয়ারির আগে ইস্যু করা বৈধ B1/B2 ভিসাধারীদের ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য নয়।

সাক্ষাৎকারের আগে বন্ড পরিশোধ করবেন না। আগাম বন্ড পরিশোধ করলে, তা ভিসার নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না, এবং তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট প্রতারণামূলক হতে পারে। সাক্ষাৎকারের আগে পরিশোধ করা কোনও অর্থই ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। ভিসার শর্তাবলি যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করলে বন্ডের অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

Starting January 21, 2026, all Bangladeshis approved for a B1/B2 (business/tourist) U.S. visa must pay a bond of up to $15,000. This requirement does not apply to people holding a valid B1/B2 visa issued before January 21, 2026.

Do NOT pay your bond in advance. Paying early does not guarantee you a visa, and third-party sites can be scams. Any payment made before your interview is NOT refundable. The bond will be returned if you respect the terms of your visa.

I will never fly Sri Lankan Airlines. I booked a ticket from Dhaka to Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka to Maldives This was a Sri Lankan Airlines ticket. And the return was from Maldives to Mumbai - Mumbai to Delhi to Srinagar. Srinagar to Delhi to Dhaka for the multi Trip. I was not issued a boarding pass from Srilankan Airlines for this ticket was Air India Airlines. There is a lot of discussion about this issue. They told me various rules of their airlines. which was not previously reported. Which had no match with any other airlines. Only the rules they make will allow me to travel. We are passengers then return tickets cost me an additional $1,972😥😥😥. We hate Sri Lankan Airlines.
