🛑 Catering Added for Bangladesh 🛑

According to the instructions of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, catering services must now be added when issuing Umrah visas for certain hotel categories.

♻️ Which hotel categories does this apply to?

The requirement mainly applies to Umrah programs using:

• 3-Star Hotels
• 2-Star Hotels
• 1-Star Hotels
• Or lower-category hotels

For these programs, catering/meal costs must be included in the package, and the catering agreement must be properly documented in Nusuk Masar.

For example, if an agent prepares an Umrah package using a 3-star hotel, it will not be sufficient to provide only hotel and transportation services. Meal/catering services must also be included in the package, with the catering agreement properly documented in Nusuk Masar.

In other words, an Umrah program cannot be created by booking only the hotel without showing a meal arrangement. The catering agreement must also be registered in the system.

♻️ Impact on Package Pricing

When setting the package price, agents will need to consider the additional catering cost. Therefore, Umrah packages using 3-star or lower-category hotels may become slightly more expensive than before.

✅ Catering Agreement
✅ Proper documentation in Nusuk Masar

Note: For 4-star and 5-star hotels, this notice does not separately state that an additional catering fee must be added.

উমরাহে যেতে চান, কিন্তু বুঝতে পারছেন না— কাস্টমাইজ প্যাকেজ নেবেন, নাকি গ্রুপ প্যাকেজ?

প্রথমে কথা বলি কাস্টমাইজ প্যাকেজ নিয়ে।

কাস্টমাইজ প্যাকেজে আপনি নিজের সুবিধামতো সবকিছু নির্ধারণ করতে পারবেন। কোন তারিখে যাবেন, কোন ফ্লাইটে ভ্রমণ করবেন, কতদিন থাকবেন এবং কোন হোটেলে থাকবেন— সবকিছুই হবে আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী।

তবে যেহেতু পুরো পরিকল্পনাটি আপনার ব্যক্তিগত চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সাজানো হয়, তাই এর খরচ সাধারণত তুলনামূলক বেশি হয়।

অন্যদিকে, গ্রুপ প্যাকেজের সবচেয়ে বড় সুবিধা হলো কম খরচে উমরাহ সম্পন্ন করার সুযোগ।

তবে এখানে কিছু বিষয়ের সঙ্গে মানিয়ে নিতে হয়। গ্রুপের নির্ধারিত তারিখ, ফ্লাইট এবং হোটেল অনুসরণ করতে হয়। অনেক ক্ষেত্রে একই রুমে কয়েকজন একসঙ্গে অবস্থানও করতে পারেন।

তাই আপনি যদি নিজের সুবিধা, প্রাইভেসি এবং স্বাধীনতাকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দেন, তাহলে কাস্টমাইজ প্যাকেজ আপনার জন্য উপযুক্ত হতে পারে।

আর যদি কম খরচে উমরাহ সম্পন্ন করতে চান এবং গ্রুপের সঙ্গে ভ্রমণে স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যবোধ করেন, তাহলে গ্রুপ প্যাকেজ হতে পারে ভালো একটি বিকল্প।
