Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing any travel-related service from BanKyr through our office, sales officer, website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, telephone, email, or any other communication channel, passenger acknowledge that passenger have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Co
nditions.
2. Our Services : BanKyr provides travel-related services including but not limited to:
- Domestic and International Air Ticket Booking
- Flight Rescheduling and Reissuance
- Travel Consultation
- Visa Assistance Services
- Student Travel Support
- Group and Corporate Travel Services
- Hotel and Other Travel-Related Reservations
Customers may purchase services through:
- Offline Booking: Directly at our office, meeting with sales officers.
- Online Booking: Via WhatsApp, Facebook, Email, Website, Phone Call, or other digital communication channels.
3. Booking Confirmation: A booking will only be considered confirmed after:
- Full or agreed payment is received by BanKyr.
- The ticket or service is successfully issued by the airline or supplier.
- A booking confirmation or ticket is delivered to the customer. BanKyr reserves the right to cancel any unpaid reservation without prior notice.
4. Payment Policy: We accept payments through authorized banking channels, mobile financial services, online payment gateways, and other approved payment methods. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that payments are sent to BanKyr's authorized accounts. BanKyr shall not be responsible for any payment made to unauthorized persons, agents, or accounts.
5. Fare Changes and Availability: Airfare, taxes, surcharges, baggage fees, and other travel-related charges are controlled by airlines and suppliers and may change without prior notice. A quoted fare is not guaranteed until the ticket is issued and payment is completed.
6. Refund Policy:
6.1 General Refund Terms: Refund policies vary depending on the airline, supplier, fare rules, and ticket conditions. Before making any booking, customers are advised to review the applicable fare rules and refund conditions.
6.2 Refund Processing:
- Refund requests must be submitted to BanKyr through official communication channels.
- Refunds are subject to approval by the respective airline, supplier, or service provider.
- BanKyr cannot guarantee approval of any refund request.
6.3 Refund Calculation: Refund calculations will be based only on:
- Amount received by BanKyr for the booking and upgrading SSR.
- Any 3rd party payment on booking exceeding company booking payment strictly will not calculate for refund. (PAX must be note this. No arguments will acceptable later)
Moreover, Any payments made to/by third parties, agents, banks, exchange houses, payment gateways, courier services, or other external parties will not be included in refund calculations unless specifically approved.
6.4 Refund Timeframe: Once BanKyr receives the refunded amount from the airline or supplier, the refund will normally be processed to settlement within next 15 working days. However, actual processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, airlines, and suppliers.
6.5 Non-Refundable Services: Certain fares, promotional tickets, service charges, processing fees, payment gateway fees, visa fees, and supplier charges, 3rd party payment on booking subject to non-refundable.
6.6 Refund Margin: Refund processing is subject to the applicable airline, supplier, fare, promotional, and agency policies in effect at the time of cancellation and refund assessment. The refund margin represents an administrative and processing deduction and may vary according to the fare conditions under which the booking was issued. Standard Refund Margin (Per Passenger):
• USD 50 – Standard / General Fare Bookings
• USD 80 – Promotional Fare Bookings
• USD 130 – Special Offer, Super Sale, Restricted, or Non-Refundable Fare Bookings (where a refund is exceptionally permitted)
The above amounts are indicative standard margins and may be revised, increased, reduced, or waived where required by the applicable airline, supplier, fare rules, contractual obligations, or regulatory requirements. Any airline-imposed cancellation charges, fare differences, taxes, third-party fees, payment processing charges, or other applicable deductions shall be applied separately where relevant. The final refundable amount shall be determined solely upon completion of the refund assessment process and in accordance with the governing booking conditions.
7. Changes, Reissue and Rescheduling: Any date change, route change, name correction, reissue, or rescheduling request will be governed by the airline's applicable fare rules. Additional airline penalties, fare differences, supplier charges, and service fees may apply. BanKyr has no control over airline-imposed charges.
8. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal information.
- Verifying names, travel dates, passport details, and destinations before ticket issuance.
- Ensuring possession of valid travel documents, visas, permits, and passports.
- Complying with airline, immigration, and government regulations. Any losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer shall be the customer's responsibility.
9. Third-Party Suppliers: BanKyr acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers such as:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Visa Processing Partners
- Insurance Providers
- Transportation Providers
All services provided by such parties are governed by their own terms and conditions. BanKyr shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, baggage issues, service deficiencies, or policy decisions made by third-party suppliers.
10. Travel Disruptions and Force Majeure: BanKyr shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, cancellations, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather Conditions
- Natural Disasters
- Political Unrest
- Pandemics
- Government Restrictions
- Airport Closures
- Airline Operational Decisions
- Strikes or Labor Disputes
In such cases, refunds, changes, or compensation shall be subject to the policies of the relevant supplier.
11. Limitation of Liability: BanKyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Travel delays
- Flight cancellations
- Missed connections
- Supplier failures
- Visa refusals
- Immigration decisions
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to BanKyr for the relevant service.
12. Privacy and Data Protection: By using BanKyr's services, customers consent to the collection and processing of personal information necessary for travel bookings and related services. Customer information may be shared with airlines, suppliers, government authorities, payment processors, or other entities as required to complete the requested service. BanKyr will take reasonable measures to protect customer information but cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic communications.
13. Intellectual Property: All content, logos, branding materials, graphics, documents, and information provided by BanKyr remain the property of BanKyr and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
14. Fraud Prevention: BanKyr reserves the right to:
- Refuse suspicious bookings.
- Request identity verification.
- Suspend transactions suspected of fraud.
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required.
15. Modifications to Terms: BanKyr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published by BanKyr shall always apply.
16. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from the use of BanKyr's services shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation.
