# Job Responsibilities
* Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticket issuance.
* Search and recommend the best flight routes, schedules, and fare options.
* Process booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and ticket reissues.
* Provide professional guidance regarding travel plans, visa requirements, and documentation.
* Assist clients with visa applications and ensure compliance with country-specific visa regulations.
* Coordinate with airlines, visa centers, embassies, and travel partners.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Maintain accurate booking, payment, and client records.
* Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
* Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel process.
* Follow company policies, industry regulations, and service standards.
# Required Qualifications

* Experience in airline reservations, ticketing, travel agency operations, or visa processing.
* Knowledge of reservation systems and GDS platforms will be considered an advantage.
* Strong sales and customer service skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and client cases efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
* Additional training or certification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.

*উচ্চ শিক্ষিত অবিবাহিত নারী ভয়ংকর:——
৭৫% উচ্চ শিক্ষিত মেয়ে ২৭ থেকে ৩০ বয়সেও বিয়েহীন। ক্যারিয়ার গড়তে গিয়ে এরা এমন এক সংকট তৈরী করেছে যে আগামী ৫ বছরে লাখ লাখ মেয়ে বিয়েহীন থাকবে৷

আর মানানসই পাত্রস্থ করতে না পেরে, ক্যারিয়ার গড়তে না পেরে এদের অধিকাংশ দাম্পত্য জীবনে বিষাক্ত থেকে যাবে।

তাদের যৌবনের চাহিদা, আবেগ,ভালোবাসা হারানোর ফলে স্বামীর মন জয় করার পরিবর্তে স্বামীর প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী হয়েই সংসারে দরকষাকষি করবে৷ আর স্বামীও তাদের মাঝে আনুগত্য, কোমলত্ব,নারীত্ব না পেয়ে অসহ্য হয়ে উঠবে। তখন এই সংসার টিকানো অসম্ভব। কারণ তার স্ত্রী টা ৩০ টা বছর পুরুষের ফিতরাতে টেক্কা দিয়ে সে নিজেই পুরুষে বিবর্তিত হয়ে গেছে। তার আস্ত দেহটাই নারীর বৈশিষ্ট্য হলেও সে মানসিক ভাবে পুরুষ।

স্বামী তাকে দৈহিক ভাবে নারী পেলেও সে মেন্টাল ভাবে পুরুষ। আর পুরুষের মতই তার স্ত্রী অনুভূতিহীন। সে স্বামীকে প্রেমের জগতে নয় ভোগবাদের জগতেই দেখতে চায়।

সামনে এমন একটা দিন আসতে যাচ্ছে যেখানে মেয়েরা আধুনিক শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত হয়ে যৌবন থেকে যেমন বঞ্চিত হবে। বঞ্চিত হবে সংসার থেকেও। বঞ্চিত হবে আখিরাতের মুক্তি থেকেও।

এরা একটা পর্যায়ে কট্টর নারীবাদী হয়েই দুনিয়া ত্যাগ করবে। আর এই পুঁজিবাদী সমাজের আড়ালেই দা''জ্জা'''ল তার সিংহভাগ নারী অনুসারী তৈরী করতে সক্ষম হয়েছে।

এই ভোগান্তি অভিভাবক দুনিয়াতে যেমন পাবে। আখিরাতেও লাঞ্চিত হয়ে জা''হা''ন্না''মে যাবে৷

এটাই শেষ জামানার ভয়াবহ অন্ধকারের ফি'''তনা ।।।
