🚐 Road Journal • Ziua 11 / Day 11 🇳🇴

Astăzi am înțeles încă o dată că în Norvegia nu destinația e vedeta… ci drumul. ❤️

Today reminded us once again that in Norway, the journey often steals the show. ❤️

Am plecat din Norheimsund spre Odda, iar fiecare curbă părea să ascundă o nouă priveliște. 🏔️

We left Norheimsund for Odda, and every bend in the road revealed another breathtaking view. 🏔️

La Låtefossen, celebra cascadă care trece chiar pe sub șosea, n-am mai știut dacă să admirăm apa… sau să pornim ștergătoarele. 😂💦

At Låtefossen, the famous waterfall flowing right beneath the road, we couldn’t decide whether to admire it… or switch on the wipers. 😂💦

Am traversat apoi fiordul cu ferry-ul, pentru că în Norvegia și drumul peste apă face parte din aventură. ⛴️

Then we crossed the fjord by ferry, because in Norway even getting from A to B feels like an adventure. ⛴️

Ziua s-a încheiat la Erfjord, unde am parcat chiar lângă apă și am aruncat undițele în fiord. N-am prins peștele vieții… dar am prins încă un apus pe care n-o să-l uităm prea curând. 🎣🌅

We ended the day in Erfjord, parked right by the fjord with our fishing rods in the water. We didn’t catch the fish of a lifetime… but we did catch another sunset we’ll never forget. 🎣🌅

🚐 Road Journal • Ziua 9 / Day 9 🇳🇴

Dimineața ne-a prins la pescuit pe Turøy. N-am umplut găleata, dar am umplut memoria telefonului. 🎣📸

The morning found us fishing at Turøy. We didn’t fill the bucket… but we definitely filled our camera roll. 🎣📸

Apoi am revenit în Bergen, unde am urcat cu funicularul pe Fløyen. Sus ne aștepta una dintre cele mai frumoase panorame asupra orașului, a fiordurilor și a munților din jur. 🚠🏔️

Then we returned to Bergen and took the funicular up to Fløyen. At the top, we were rewarded with one of the most breathtaking views over the city, the fjords, and the surrounding mountains. 🚠🏔️

Și pentru că orice aventură frumoasă merge mai departe, am lăsat Bergenul în urmă și ne-am îndreptat spre locul nostru de campare din Norheimsund. Încă o zi, încă un loc care ne-a făcut să spunem: „Doar cinci minute…” (care s-au transformat în jumătate de oră de admirat peisajul 😄).

And because every great adventure keeps moving, we left Bergen behind and headed to our campsite in Norheimsund. Another day, another place that made us say, “Just five more minutes…” (which somehow turned into half an hour of staring at the view 😄).
