• Count the actual beds, not just the listed capacity
• Plan from landing time to real check-in
• Save the exact cancellation deadline and local cutoff time
• Check whether dates, guest names or group size can be changed
• Make sure every guest can enter independently 🔑

These checks are not about making the trip more complicated.

They help avoid situations where one person covers the full deposit, someone ends up sleeping in the living room, reception is already closed, or the whole group depends on a single key.
