Sky full of women's power!
On 28 August, Electra Airways proudly marked a historic achievement – our first-ever all-female operated flight.
At Electra, we believe aviation is not just about destinations — it’s about breaking barriers, inspiring others, and proving that teamwork has no gender.
Flight AMQ458 (Katowice – Faro – Katowice), operated for our partner Itaka, was led by Captain Polina Pavlova, who joined Electra Airways just three months ago, bringing with her over 21 years of flying experience.
Alongside her in the cockpit was First Officer Maria ROBERT, a talented young aviator from Réunion Island who began flying at just 16 and has been building her career with Electra Airways for the past two years.
Supporting them was a dedicated cabin crew team of four professionals from Poland, Spain, and Bulgaria – each bringing energy, expertise, and pride to this special flight.
This event goes beyond being a “first.”
It demonstrates Electra Airways’ commitment to recognizing talent, empowering professionals, and setting new standards of excellence in aviation service.
