Rukuji Valley sit on the ridge which Over look like Snake.It's consideredas one of the oldest & most clustered house situated in central part of Bhutan at an elevation of 3050m.& it's said that the demo(Snake) hurt the local people.So,after that Our precious master know as Zhabdrung come to know that & he visited that place to pin down the head of the Snake & zhabdrung built a temple in day time but during the night time a demoness called Nyaladuem(of Seven silbing)who setup her residence there is dismantle the temple.so then zhabdrung wanna to Subjugate the demo.So, inorder to subdue the demon(Naladuem) master ask local people to performed a mask dances & during festival time demoness transformed herself into the (Bja Yogpa) & she peresent there to watch mask dancess ...so when she trun her self into Owl then the Lama recognized the demoness Owl so then he subdued the demon(Yogpejii) & later with the passage of time yogpejii changed to Rukubjii....

Pelela passes is also one of the beautiful pass between wangdue to trongsa district.It is located at an elevation of 3,351 meters above the Sea level.and it's saying that when we crossing that passes we also cuts across the world largest moutain range call ( Black Moutain)...&.here i have few photo that the black moutain ranges shaped is in Semicircle ...

A valley of astonishing scenery,where an atmosphere is filled with the Sound of Godess Bird call (Black necked crane) CRUNG...CRUNG....it's make Our Villager People's emotion very very happy when they hard there Sound after they migrate from Bumdeling.....to Phobjikha ☺☺☺...thus place beyond Paradise & Happiness beyond Shangri~La is not other Phobjikha valley...
