🌏 Things You Should Know Before Visiting Bhutan

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, please read the following details carefully before confirming your Bhutan tour.
🛂 1. Bhutan Visa & Travel Permit
• All international tourists (except Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals) require a Bhutan visa before arrival.
• Bhutan FRT Travel will assist with visa processing once you provide a clear passport copy (valid for at least 6 months) and full payment.
• A Visa Fee of USD $40 applies (excluded from the package).
💰 2. Sustainable Development Fee (SDF)
• The Government of Bhutan charges an SDF of USD $100 per person per night for all international travelers.
• This fee supports environmental protection, cultural preservation, and community development.
• Bhutan FRT Travel will include or assist in arranging SDF payments as part of your booking.
✈️ 3. Flights to Bhutan
• Bhutan is served by Druk Air and Bhutan Airlines, flying to Paro from cities like Bangkok, Delhi, Kathmandu, and Singapore.
• Airfare is not included in the package price but can be arranged upon request.
🧳 4. Travel Insurance
• All travelers must have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip delays, or cancellations.
🏨 5.Accommodation
• Accommodation will be in 3★ or 4★ hotels approved by the Tourism Council of Bhutan.
• Upgrades to luxury hotels can be arranged on request.
🍱 6.Meals & Dietary Requests
• All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are included.
• Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.).
💵 7.Payment & Booking Policy
• A 50% advance deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Balance payment must be completed before visa processing.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival may incur charges.
