Join the local Nature Club for a meaningful 2-day Sheri Dzong Trek & Pilgrimage—a community-led journey that connects you directly with the village cooperative.

Why This Trek Is Special

100% community-based – We don’t take any commission.
All arrangements are made directly with the village cooperative.

Purely voluntary – Organized by full-time primary school teachers who dedicate weekends to support the local community.

Eco-friendly & cultural immersion – Walk through pristine forests, sacred sites, and peaceful countryside routes leading to Sheri Dzong.

Better Facilities, Better Experience

The trek route has seen major improvements in recent years.
Thanks to the Dzongkhag Administration, trekkers now enjoy:

A comfortable guesthouse

Well-built resting canopies

Improved walking trails

Enhanced services managed by the community cooperative

The Sheri Dzong trek is organized only on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
