The Gem. A comfortable modern unit with a view. Quick access to the 101 exit 13. Perfect for a work stay, vacation stay or here to visit family. Those are our top 3 most common reasons for booking. So grateful The Gem has made the climb from top 5 percent to top 1 percent and has joined The Loft in both sitting in the top 1 percenters. Both are Guest Favorite and Superhost. Last fall we had to change The apt to The Gem taking out the separate bedroom, stove and dishwasher to conform to the new regulations for short term rentals. This to be approved for a new regulation system and registry. This new setup as a suite is working and even more popular with guests!! Never give up on your dreams or success. Hard work pays off!!!
