This group vacation involved coordinating travellers from four different departure airports, varying lengths of stay, private airport transfers, a catamaran excursion, birthday celebrations, room location requests, and on-site upgrades for select guests.

While the group enjoyed making memories, I worked behind the scenes to ensure the details came together seamlessly.

Because a successful group trip is about more than booking travel, it is about creating an experience everyone can enjoy together.

What a way to wrap up an incredible week in Los Cabos.

Today started with an adrenaline-filled ATV adventure through the desert, offering a completely different perspective of the destination beyond the resorts. It was the perfect reminder that Los Cabos is not only about beautiful beaches and luxury accommodations, but also about unforgettable experiences and adventure.

The evening concluded with a farewell dinner surrounded by fellow travel advisors, tourism partners, and new friends. Reflecting on the past few days, I am leaving with a much deeper understanding of the destination, its resorts, culture, cuisine, and the experiences that make Los Cabos so special.

This has been an immersive and valuable conference, and I am returning home with knowledge that will help me better guide my clients. Los Cabos has truly exceeded my expectations, and it is a destination I will confidently recommend.

Today was the perfect blend of work and experiencing Los Cabos.

We started the morning with a sunrise luxury sailing along the Sea of Cortez, taking in some of the most iconic views of Cabo. After checking into Villa Valencia, I spent the afternoon exploring the property and enjoying a little downtime before heading into San José del Cabo for the weekly Art Walk.

The evening wrapped up with dinner at Sage, a wonderful way to experience another side of the destination.

What I loved most about today was the contrast, from a peaceful morning on the water to a lively evening exploring San José del Cabo. It was the perfect way to experience another side of Los Cabos and a reminder of why I love what I do.

Another busy day with ACTA, but I would not want it any other way. We started the day with a beautiful farm-to-table breakfast at El Huerto, and I am still thinking about the French toast.

From there, we toured both Hard Rock Los Cabos and Nobu Los Cabos, each offering such a different experience and atmosphere for clients depending on the style of stay they are looking for. Nobu also hosted us for an immaculate dinner that truly lived up to the brand.

We then checked into our new host hotel, Hacienda del Mar Los Cabos, where the afternoon included mini spa massages followed by a wonderful dinner by the ocean.

Long day, full schedule, and so many valuable insights to bring back for my clients. Could not have asked for a more perfect day in Los Cabos.

Today was a full day, but absolutely well worth it.

We toured Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, Secrets Puerto Los Cabos, and JW Marriott Los Cabos, then headed to Grand Velas for a guacamole workshop and tequila tasting before ending the evening with a sunset sail along the Cabo coastline.

These are the days that remind me how important firsthand experience is. Every resort has a different energy, service style, and guest experience, and seeing it in person makes all the difference when guiding clients to the right fit.

In Los Cabos this week for the ACTA Immersive Destination Learning Experience.

Travel day officially complete with a seamless transfer, first site visit, and welcome dinner at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. Looking forward to connecting with industry partners and experiencing more of what Cabo has to offer firsthand for my clients.

Recently, I traveled to Negril to celebrate my aunt’s 75th birthday. Although the trip was centered around family and celebration, I also took the opportunity to visit a few resorts to gather firsthand insight for my clients.

Seeing properties in person allows me to better guide clients toward resorts that truly deliver on service, atmosphere, and the overall experience. It is not just about beautiful photos, it is about knowing which places consistently meet expectations and create memorable stays.
