Just Keep Swimming is dedicated to enabling kids with neurological or developmental disabilities to learn and enjoy their time in the water. Teaching them to swim confidently, play safely and exercise comfortably in the water. In Just Keep Swimming, kids have the opportunity to swim with instructors and aides with specific training and experience in the water with neurological and developmental di

sabilities. This facilitates a more structured response to interactions and helps to create a positive learning environment. During lessons all instructors work one on one or maximum two on one with the kids. This allows every swimmer to progress individually but also encourages socialization with peers during games or group demonstrations of skills.

Teen Week for week 2 of camps was a blast! Had lots of time outdoors with campers trying new skills, including a few first time jumpers off the high dive, with a celebration from the whole pool! We ended off the sunny week with a hike, some pickleball, and the all time favourite - go-karting at COP! 🏎️

A summer she’ll never forget 🏕️💙

Just Keep Swimming is hosting a one-week Girls Overnight Camp this July and spots are very limited!

📅 July 5–10, 2026
👧 Ages 16+ (16-21)
🏡 Dogpound, AB (just outside Calgary)
👯 Maximum 8 girls — 2 per bedroom, everyone gets their own bed

A week packed with adventure, connection, and real-life skills:
🌊 Paddle boarding & swimming
🎡 Calaway Park & aqua splash park
🥾 Hiking in Bragg Creek or Canmore
🍳 Cooking, baking & life skills
🧘 Yoga & mindfulness
🔥 Campfire nights & karaoke

This camp is designed specifically for adolescent girls with mild to moderate neurological and/or developmental diverse needs. A safe, supported, joyful week away where they can grow, connect, and thrive. We understand that every participants abilities may vary and will alter activities to fit each participants needs.

🌸While our Spring session has officially sprung into action, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate our team.
