In our modern lives, we have become so far removed from nature and the earth. We literally live in concrete or wood boxes, look at glowing screens and buy food in plastic wrapping. Think about it for a minute, what are we doing to our children? We treat nature as a destination, a place to visit on holiday, a gallery of animals and stuff to look at before returning to reality. Nature should be our true home. Our history is written in the soil, not in concrete.
