We decided to try booking.com as we have success with and - Big Mistake!!
Within days of listing, we had 9 bookings coming in one after another, 7 of them are all one person booking, from Nigeria, Kenya or Ethiopia etc booking to stay here in November throughout January. None of them provided street address. Booking.com only gave us one option - guest pay upon arrival and if they don’t show up, “Oh we have no way to collect payment for you but you do not need to pay commission to us!” 🤔
I have spent hours and hours on the phone and talking to all sorts of departments but no one can make any decisions or provide any suggestions. so those dates are remain unbookable for others. I am frustrated! 😠
