We’ve lost Toby to the music industry. 🎤🤣

He’s now going by the name MC Mulch.

Apparently, he’s dropping his debut album, Straight Outta Falmouth.

Featuring the hit singles:

🎵 No Diggity, Just Digging
🎵 Mo’ Mulch, Mo’ Problems
🎵 Straight Outta Compost
🎵 Still D.R.E. (Digging, Raking, Edging)

We’re told the gold chain cost three months’ wages.

He’s still expected on site Monday morning.

Have a cracking weekend! 😆

We’ve been getting stuck into Cornish gardens since 1979.

The machinery’s changed. The hairstyles have certainly changed.

The taste in music? Apparently not. 😂🚜

Still getting muddy. Still doing things properly.

Some things never change.

Ansum up North Cornwall today. ☀️🌿

Out doing a bit of garden maintenance, keeping the lawns, hedges and borders looking tidy.

Hard to believe we’re nearly halfway through October. Proper warm when the sun comes out.

Not a bad place to spend a Tuesday, mind. 😎

A bit of a different one to start the week. 🌿

Replacing some old timber trellis on this beautiful house, giving the climbing plants something proper to hang on to again.

A bit of a fiddly job working around the existing branches, but we’re stoked with how it’s turned out.

The plants can take it from here. 😆

Have a superb Monday.

Not all heroes wear capes.

Unfortunately, Robbo does now. 😂

Fighting uneven ground, stubborn weeds and the occasional tea shortage.

Saving Cornish gardens, one wheelbarrow at a time.

Have a brilliant weekend!

October’s actually a pretty good month to have a look around the garden. 🌿

We’re still getting some decent days, but there’s enough rain and wind creeping in to show you what’s working and what isn’t.

Where does the water sit? Is that fence still looking a bit questionable? Which bits of the lawn stay wet?

Nothing you necessarily need to sort straight away. Just worth noticing. 👀

Anyway, after 40-odd years of Cornish winters, I’ve made a few notes on things we’ve picked up over the years.

New one to get stuck into. 🌿

This garden’s getting a new patio, new fencing and some dry stone walling.

Quite a bit to do before we get anywhere near the pretty bit. 😅

We’ll show you how it comes together.
