I have clients booked on a 10 day Princess cruise due to leave on Monday and they just received an email from Princess offering them a free cruise on a different date and they would have the full amount they paid as on onboard credit for another cruise. Has anyone come across this before. I’m a little concerned as to why they would offer this. Thanks in advance.
