How to Register:

Email dancer’s name and age to [email protected]. We will reply with e-transfer instructions. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with event details.

Registration Fee: $250 plus tax
Deadline: Friday, June 19th or when event is at capacity.

👀 ALL EYES ON NATIONALS 👀

At the Limelight Nationals, the Teacher of the Year Award is a special recognition designed to celebrate a dance instructor who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to their students' growth and artistic development. 🦋

Rather than focusing strictly on competitive scores, this specific accolade emphasizes the educator's impact on their dancers' mentorship, technical progression, and long-term artistry.

The Teacher of the Year Award will be presented at the Final Awards Presentation on Saturday, July 4th. The prize? A SPA DAY!! 🧖‍♀️

*Prerequisites: The teacher you nominate must be from a studio that is a participating in the competition portion of Limelight Nationals.

To submit your Teacher of the Year nomination, you can send your entry directly via email to [email protected] or DM us.

Information to Include:

✅ Nominee Name: Teacher’s First and Last Name

✅ Studio: Current Studio Name

✅ Nominator Name: Your Name & Relationship to the Teacher

✅ Impact Statement: In 100-300 words, explain how this teacher has had a unique or outstanding impact on their students. Describe the nominee's approach to teaching and how do they support body positivity, safety or inclusivity. Share one specific story where this teacher went above and beyond to help a student succeed. ✨
