A Guide to Arriving Refreshed, Not Drained
Drink 500ml of water with electrolytes before you even step onto the plane. Start the journey ahead of the curve.
Every hour, perform "Seated Calf Raises" (20 reps) to keep blood moving. If the seatbelt sign is off, a quick walk to the galley is a non-negotiable for your veins.
Once at cruising altitude, apply your essential oil to your wrists, put on your eye mask, and practice 4-7-8 breathing (Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8) for five cycles to lower cortisol.
If you’re crossing time zones, eat your first meal according to the destination’s clock, not your current one. This is the fastest way to reset your internal rhythm.
Upon arrival, find a patch of grass or a floor and stretch for 5 minutes. Re-hydrate immediately with another liter of water.
The journey doesn't have to drain you. Staying consistent with your health while managing a career or family is a challenge—but you don't have to do it alone. If you want a health expert in your ear to help you navigate your habits through the 'pockets' of your busy day, let’s talk.
