Waboos Launches “Travel Like a Warrior” Campaign to Connect Travelers with Indigenous Businesses

Indigenous-focused travel platform encourages travelers to discover, support and share Indigenous businesses across Canada and the USA

Garden River First Nation, Ontario — Waboos is inviting travelers, communities, businesses and supporters to “Travel Like a Warrior” by downloading and sharing the Waboos travel app and discovering Indigenous-owned businesses and experiences across Canada and the USA.

Waboos is an Indigenous-focused travel platform designed to make it easier for travelers to find and support Indigenous businesses, including restaurants, accommodations, attractions, artisans, retail businesses, events and unique cultural experiences.

The Travel Like a Warrior campaign encourages everyone to take a simple but meaningful action: download Waboos, explore Indigenous businesses, share the app on social media, and encourage others to join the journey.
