While at the cottage, you will have access to lots to have fun in the sun: 2 sit-on kayaks, 1 double inflatable kayak, various lifejackets, 4 oversized inner-tubes, Wagon, 4 beach chairs, picnic basket, and cooler bag, etc. Outside you will also find a firepit, two decks, BBQ, dining table, lounge area, bench swing and an inflatable hot tub. Inside the beachy cottage you will find much to make your stay enjoyable. The main features a King bed and the second bedroom can be set up as two twin beds or as a King bed (see photos). Both rooms have ceiling fans. For extra guests there is a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Open dining and living room lets you enjoy meals at an oversized table with enough seating for the whole family. The living room has a sectional (queen sleeper sofa and, three additional chairs where you can gather to play a variety of board games or watch TV and movies with Prime video and Disney Plus. And if work or internet call – there is a desk/workstation with charging cables to go along with the WiFi. There is also a propane wood-style stove and an air conditioner to make sure you’re comfortable. This kitchen provides everything you need for your stay (except for the food and bevies). Dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee station, toaster and even a Magic Bullet for those who enjoy smoothies or frozen drinks. It is finished off with a washer and dryer. And of course there is a bathroom with a full tub and shower, towels provided and there is a hair dryer and straightener. Guest access
The rental is for the entire cottage. Self-check in via a coded access door. Code will be provided prior to check in. Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is by 11:00AM
Other things to note
We accept reservations for a 3-4 night stay on some Sundays and Mondays. All other reservations are for a minimum of 7 nights Friday to Friday. If these parameters don’t work for you, please contact us. Service animals are welcome. We understand pets are part of the family. We are pet-friendly but pets must be preapproved. Rules for pets: Owners must ensure pets are not on the furniture including beds, dog poop is picked up and pets must be leashed when outside. Pet bowls are provided but please bring a dog bed or blanket so your pooch is comfortable. An extra cleaning/pet fee of $50 will apply. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. No smoking/vaping in cottage or outside near windows and doors. This is a lovely community area and we would like to maintain good relationships with our neighbours.
